But we'll get into all that. Let me give you one little thing: My instinctive feeling right now is that Trump is gonna win, beat Hillary badly, that it could be landslide proportions.
I still don't think people understand why Trump won this. I don't think they understand at all the reason people support Trump. And the deeper people are entrenched in politics, and the more they are accustomed to the templates and the handbooks and the theories and the playbooks, the less they're gonna understand it. The more they try to plug Donald Trump and his campaign and his personality into the professional politician candidate playbook that they use, the farther and farther from the truth they are going to get.
I've tried to help. During the course of this entire campaign, I've gone to great lengths to try to explain to people what it is about Trump, why he has his supporters, why they support him, and what you have to do to separate them from Trump. Basically, you can't. That's the bottom line. There's nothing any professional politician can do. They've done everything that they knew how to beat a candidate. They threw everything they had at Trump. I mean, the negative ads that they ran against him, these #NeverTrump guys and their PACs in all these states?
In indiana alone the amount of money spent on negative ads against Trump? And it didn't work. And in their world, negative ads always work. So they're out there scratching their heads today. You've got #NeverTrump people saying, "I said I was never gonna vote for Trump, and I'm never gonna vote for Trump -- and I mean it." You've got some people thinking about looking for third-party candidate. Others, it's a matter of honor, a matter of principle, to never vote for Trump. But they're caught between that and Hillary Clinton becoming president.
I have already predicted several times that Trump will produce the most lopsided landslide victory in History.
I stand by that prediction.
The good part is that Trump will destroy Clinton personally and viciously without exhibiting a shred of humanity.

How could anyone be excited to vote for Hillary? Predict record low Dem turnout.

My Gut: Trump Beats Hillary in Landslide.

I agree. She’ll be destroyed over the next few months and forced to withdraw. I don’t think she’ll make it to the convention. The details from Clintongate will do her in.

Wonder if Levin will come to his senses, or if he’s too far gone/off the deep end. Also, Rush probably wasn’t in as much of the #NeverTrump PAC $$ as some of the others were.

I predict record Trump turnout. Some weeks back I saw a poll that said Trump would pull probably 25% of the black vote.
If he pulls half that, it's over by a landslide.

Agree. Trump is going to take the fight to Hillary in all 50 States.
Clearly, Rush preferred Cruz’s conservative, or quasi conservative, approach.
However it didn’t come to pass.
I had a hunch on Trump from the start. After two terms of Obama, people are begging for a brazen reformist. However, they feel overwhelmed with the amount of reform needed, and are reluctant to embrace it. Trump will take a while yet for the body politic to swallow. But once they do... katy bar the door.
If Rush predicts Trump will beat Hillary in a landslide, why didn’t he say that a month ago?
Rush has been pretty fair all the way through the process. He admitted he is friends with both Trump and Cruz, and golf buddies with Trump. I think he’s done a good job, but the attention span of people is SO bad these days that they’ll listen to a 10-minute segment of his three-hour show and think he’s dissing one or the other.
I listen three hours daily. He has celebrated Cruz for his conservative creds, he has celebrated Trump for changing the entire game and making people feel their voices are part of the process again.
He’s been honest about his views, not a shill like Beck or Levin.
