Gretawire reported: Senator Ted Cruz complained this morning about Fox News Channel being unfair to him. He took a few swipes at Fox News Channel CEO Roger Ailes and 21st Century Fox Chairman Rupert Murdoch for turning Fox News into the “Donald Trump Network.” In taking those swipes, he also took swipes at my show and my staff on ON THE RECORD at 7p since we have worked hard to give Cruz equal opportunity and we have.
Hence I respond with the whole story. If Senator Ted Cruz told the whole story this is what he would have to tell you: Almost every single day (including weekends) since at least last December when he last appeared on ON THE RECORD at 7p, the staff of ON THE RECORD at 7p has contacted the Cruz campaign offering Senator Ted Cruz live interviews, taped interviews or town halls. We even told his campaign on dozens occasions that they could pick the date and location for the town halls. He did not take us up on our offers. The staff claimed he was unavailable.

In 2007, Duncan Hunter dropped out with 2% of the vote in JANUARY! He had more than KSICK had. The RNC would have NEVER allowed these candidates to stay in who simply cannot mathematically win!
The RNC stinks to the core and Ted is right in there doing their bidding.
Ted Cruz is a conservative but he doesn’t know how to lose with dignity. He has to leave the stage and pull the nation back from the leftward sinkhole where Obama put it.
It is time to start attacking the other side. For once maybe Cruz can be a team player. He is certainly not that so far.
He cannot help himself. His self -love has him believing that Americans are idiots for not electing him and for actually listening to Trump. It is obvious that he refuses to see reality, where is that damn strawberry ice cream!!!!!!!
Well, you apparently can’t read or comprehend.
Is anything Cruz said as bad as what you said? As long as we're making judgements on people, it really looks like you're having trouble laying out your argument. You make claims and then don't back them up, falling back on insults rather than explaining your views.
Sort of like Cruz not realizing who he was talking to and adjusting himself accordingly.
Certainly, he should have realized the guy was a jerk and there wasn't any point engaging with him. Politicians, like everybody else, function well in defined and familiar situations. It's a mistake to go off script with people you don't know or people who don't like you or to plunge into unfamiliar circumstances.
But it really sounds like you're taking some of Ted's positive qualities and treating them like negatives. Being too earnest and sticking to one's guns and not sinking to somebody else's rude and boorish level wasn't always perceived as a negative in political life or if it was, at least we didn't revile earnestness or persistence or a preference for rational argument above insults and one-liners as human qualities.
But here I'll take my own advice, ma'am, and realize that there's no point in continuing a discussion with you and sign off.
Oh, get off your high horse. That guy owned Cruz - he filled in the ludicrous long pauses that Cruz is so enamored of with terrific put-downs which Cruz didn’t even bother to refute or deny with similar wit. He was like a turtle on his back.
He’s a jerk to you because he embarrassed your beloved candidate. A candidate for the highest office in the land should be able to go off script. But when was the last time Cruz spoke to an actual working class guy? When the shoe-shine man showed up at his Senate office?
It’s all moot anyway as of this moment.

I think there is method to Ted’s madness. He keeps squawking about everything and no body bothers bringing up the fact that he isn’t even an American citizen any more. He very well may lose his Senate seat.

Anyone who says, on this site, that he’s going to vote for Hillary, is a jerk and not worth replying to. Obviously, he’s so invested in Cruz ( for whatever crazy reason ), that he’s beyond help.
Greta is the only one on Fox anymore I make an effort to watch. She is smart, honest and usually right on point. Lets her guests get away with very little bs. Go Greta.

I concur to a point. It’s odd seeing the anti-Cruz tirades here which reminds me of something I might read at DU.
I’m supporting Cruz but if Trump is the nominee, he’ll have my vote. Some here hate Cruz so much they’d never vote for him and that is eye-opening. I’m not interested in discussing the issues this election due to the posting behavior of Trump supporters.
