FBI Confirms “Enforcement Proceeding” Against Hillary
Young Conservatives ^ | May 2, 2016 | Alicia Powe

The mainstream media has succeeded in covering up Hillary Clinton’s email scandal and it appears her supporters couldn’t care less about the corruption.

While it seems unlikely that Clinton will be hauled away in handcuffs anytime soon, a new filing by the Justice Department contains a phrase that suggests a criminal prosecution is being planned for the Democratic presidential frontrunner.

From The Federalist Papers:

In the ongoing battle to get access to the e-mails that Hillary sent, or received or tried to destroy, the Justice Department has been forced to respond or explain why certain emails must remain classified.

When a Vice News reporter formally protested the classification of an FBI decision explaining how sensitive information ended up on Hillary’s homebrew server, the Justice Department responded, explaining why:

“They responded in kind by saying they couldn’t make the document public because it would “adversely affect the ongoing investigation” into Clinton’s private email server.

Fair enough, but it is two words further into the DOJ memorandum that will be sure to raise some eyebrows. The department claims it can’t reveal the document because doing so could “reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

It’s those two words – “enforcement proceedings”– that may be telling. As Rusty Weiss explains, the phrase “enforcement proceedings” is used in federal law when an “investigation or proceeding involves a possible violation of criminal law.”

The FBI needs to finish this before November for the sake of the nation.

The Clintons are above the law and live by different rules than the rest of us.

General Petraeus or any other State Department official would be on trial already.

Has Biden or any representatives filed for a candidacy in any manner in any state?

I’ll believe it when I see it.

There is little love between the Clintons and the Obamas. In fact there is all out hatred but I still don’t see this happening unless there is something in it for Valarie Jarrett, because after all it is she and Michelle who really run the White House.

Comey is not continuing an investigation. He is trying to figure out how to word his announcement “clearing” her. But it won’t make any difference because Trump will indict her and convict her in the court of public opinion.

If she loses, she can probably make an arrangement with Obama...a pardon in return for a donation to the Obama Foundation (amount to be determined).

I don’t know. I do know fall ballots aren’t printed until after conventions, and states agree to party nominees in terms of what comes out of conventions.

I don’t think earlier filings would have any impact.

There’s also this sneaking conspiracy in my mind that says Obama has had a plan to elevate Biden all along WITHOUT Biden having to go through the primary process which he might not have won.

The create a crisis...the indictment of Hillary or the leaking FBI of a thousand cuts...the convention turns elsewhere and who is there and ready?

That is a secondary reason, she wants the power. Pure and simple.

In the ongoing battle to get access to the e-mails that Hillary sent, or received or tried to destroy, the Justice Department has been forced to respond or explain why certain emails must remain classified.

There's the money line: Confirmation that Shrillary's email server had classified information on it and the Justice Department had to intervene to prevent it from being released.

Indict. Convict. Imprison.

Hillary for Jail 2016!

I guess we shall see. Regardless, I would like to see Obama’s administration forced to indict her.

Possibly a way to extend the Obama presidency based on one party’s incapacity to field a candidate for a yet undetermined period of time.

Obama probably will give the go-ahead to indict/prosecute Hillary at the most convenient time to create maximum chaos for the November election. He’ll use that chaos as an excuse to decree martial law and cancel the election.

He and Wookie will continue squatting in our White House, using our Air Force One for exotic vacations, and living off of us taxpayers for who knows how long.

If a private would be prosecuted for mishandling a confidential or secret document, and they would be, then any other member of the government should be, too.

Forget Petraeus....although that also makes the case.

One standard for classified info. It should apply to all.

Hillary will get her’s for sure this time...it’s coming...there’ no escape for her now....this is the end of the road...the T’s have been crossed...she better get her prison bags packed.

NOTHING is gonna happen. Just like controlled nuclear fusion, it’s ALWAYS 5 years in the future.
