Obama probably will give the go-ahead to indict/prosecute Hillary at the most convenient time to create maximum chaos for the November election. He’ll use that chaos as an excuse to decree martial law and cancel the election.
He and Wookie will continue squatting in our White House, using our Air Force One for exotic vacations, and living off of us taxpayers for who knows how long.
I suspect that around mid-September the "Justice" Department will announce that there's no indictment, as all the evidence pointed to total innocence. Then, in late-September Obama will officially endorse Hillary.
No way, Obama is much too lazy for that. He cannot wait to leave the White House. You are giving him credit for a work ethic he does not have.

I have considered this possibility. Liberal Hillary supporters will declare it a “conspiracy” by the GOP. No doubt blaming Trump for Hillary’s crimes.
How can a president cancel an election? He can’t do that.
