Her gown is beautiful. She doesn’t look like a prostitute, as so many misguided young ladies do at prom time.

Yes, it is a gown. People all over the world wear gowns, often in styles that have persisted for centuries because they are practical and attractive.
The Mormon young ladies’ dresses are nice, too. I wear similar styles many Sundays, although I like a longer skirt.
I have nothing against anyone coming to this country if they obey our laws and assimilate. She is probably a charming young lady trapped in a family that worships a death cult.
I find the whole hijab thang kinda odd, but hey, I'm from Texas not Saudi Arabia. I guess allota folks might thing a cowboy hat is rather odd.
With all that, it's primarily about mistrust in a segment of society that by in large supports death to Americans. I dunno, maybe I'm just stupid that way. lol.
