National Review Editor BLAMES TRUMP SUPPORTERS for BLOODY MOB VIOLENCE at California GOP Rallies!
Gateway Pundit ^ | 04/29/2016 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 04/29/2016 4:09:04 PM PDT by KentTrappedInLiberalSeattle

In the last 24 hours violent leftist mobs and Open Border thugs smashed police cars, bloodied Trump supporters, mugged Trump supporters, harassed Trump supporters, spit on Trump supporters, and stormed the GOP California Convention.

National Review Washington Editor Eliana Johnson blamed the Trump supporters for this mob violence.

Eliana Johnson: Well, one really important thing, Neil, is not to confuse where the bad behavior is coming from. Mr. Trump and his campaign have behaved badly in encouraging and fomenting violence inside their rallies. And, these protesters are behaving badly fomenting and encouraging bad behavior outside the rallies. The fact that there are protesters that are behaving badly does not dissolve the Trump campaign or Mr. Trump for what he’s done.

WOW!

National Review has officially SWITCHED SIDES!

You’re no longer helping the conservative cause, Eliana.

Your hatred for Trump and his working class supporters has consumed you.

It’s not Occupy Wall Street. These are local LA/OC latino thugs displaying the common Mexican love of lawlessness and anarchy. There’s a reason why they put bars on their own windows in the barrio, and it’s not because whitey is breaking into their homes.

Agreed. Yet when Obama said, “...if they bring a knife, you bring a gun...” not a friggin’ keep from this drooling dingbat .

Didn’t Buckley select these losers who have wrecked his magazine? He was still alive and well when it began going into the crapper. One of it’s earliest symptoms was when it pushed out the immigration patriots and joined the open border/treason lobby.

Cruz is a lying little fake. Hides behind his fake Christian pretensions and has succeeded in pulling the wool over his weak-willed sycophants like you.

You know what’s burning me now? I’m seeing dozens of these flags waving all over the place that I call my country and it seems a whole bunch of people are okay with that. On the other hand, I can’t fly my AMERICAN Confederate flag without harassment and being called racist. Oh how offensive is that cursed battle flag for which so many good men died defending.

” and the black flag of Khorasan above its banner.”

Oh, no, I think NRO is all in for more wars in the Middle East. Helps those white working class communities die faster.

Fly yuur flag. And let’s take down their ******* Mexican flag, they are foreign unterlopers interfering in our free elections and that is an act of war that is a federal offense and grounds for immediate deportation.

I don’t agree that Cruz threw in with the Trump protesters. He made a statement blaming the protesters first and foremost, then added that Trump was egging them on and deserved some measure of the blame for what happened (which IMO is true). That’s not fairly characterized as “throwing in with the protesters, Doc.

You may assert that, but many, many people, including Cruz supporters, interpreted it differently. Cruz gave only the briefest lip service to repudiating the thugs, and then proceeded to go on a ridiculous diatribe against Mr. Trump, even throwing in the slander of accusing the Trump campaign of "attacking reporters", another hoax that was later exposed.

For many of us, that was a moment that clearly demonstrated Ted Cruz's unprincipled, naked opportunism. It wasn't the first time, and it wasn't the last.

That incident, playing the race card during the Duke kerfluffle, and several others caused a lot of us to have serious questions about Ted Cruz's core character. Ted Cruz should have shown loyalty and solidarity in the aftermath of the rally cancellation, at least to the party, who had just had their frontrunner's rally canceled due to violent organized Left wing criminality.

Ted Cruz, in jumping in bed with the GOPe, has been employing Machiavellian tactics right alongside his GOPe benefactors.

Many of Cruz's former supporters now think he's a weasel, and I'm one of them. Donald Trump deserves the support he's getting. He's leading, and Cruz's egotism and narcissism make any of Trump's ostensible character flaws pale in comparison.

Vote Trump

Take the most recent issue, shred it. mail the remains back, and cancel the subscription. If enough people made this statement. They might get the idea that they have lost their relevance. Support Cruz if they must, but trashing other Republicans is not helpful.

It’s similar to how the U.N. and the “international community” blames both the Israelis and the Palestinians for violence caused by Palestinians.

Exactly. Journalists as well, particularly, I've noted, the female talking heads who go crazy for the terrorists they somehow see as romantic "rebels."

Why don’t the disgruntled neo-con artists of the National Review just go back to the democrat party from whence they came, and vote for Hillary?

It is up to Americans to show up and defend this country. Our leaders are betraying us. If we don’t stand up and fight then we deserve to lose this country.

The masks certainty are coming off. Clearly we are heavily infiltrated. Not certain it is the best election ever just yet. But there is still plenty of time. Honestly the 68 and 72 dim conventions were the best I have seen.

Trump violence is a strategy that worked for them before. I think leading up to Wisconsin. They’re trying the same playbook to get a Wisconsin repeat for Cruz. You have to wonder if the GOPE/Cruz are behind the orchestrations.

They have the media hit it hard over the weekend and Monday leading into a primary and generally were getting the undecided vote and other candidate switchers.

Trump needs to stay away from California and focus on Indiana until after vote. Indianans aren’t rioters.

Look for proof of Cruz GOPE hiring of rioters or coordination with radical groups to give gop-e deniability.

What a bunch of jerks! /s

National Review just “pretended” to give us the “Truth”-—but people who give us the “Truth” (with a capital “T”) end up like Andrew Breitbart.

Don't be fooled by Jonah the wuss' pale imitation, the original NR gave us high grade industrial strength truth. Without NR there would have been no Reagan. Without Reagan the communists might have won and we'd all be slaves of a world socialist empire. Whatever mistakes Buckley might have made we owe him big time for that.
