Paul Manafort is the new head of Donald Trump’s campaign. A longtime Washington insider and heavy duty lobbyist for third world dictators, Manafort appeared this morning on Fox News Sunday and inadvertently let slip some revealing truths.

Did McConnell’s SuperPAC give Trump 200,000 [as of the last reporting cycle; it’s probably more by now]? Did one of Trump’s bundlers [he doesn’t have any] direct Trump supporters who have “hit their max” to give in unlimited amounts to McConnell’s PAC—on behalf of Trump?

All that has happened with Cruz. But you still say, when your guy does it, bad, when our guy does it, good?

Well that’s true. I just read a longish article on the SuperPAC in question. I had no idea it was so sketchy. It’s described as a money laundering vehicle. No wonder Trump doesn’t like PACs, considering they’re designed precisely to hide donors’ identities. Maybe you’ve already read this article. If not, it’s an eye opener. [It covers the role McConnell’s former atty plays in the PAC as well.]
