With a 4-4 tie, and that is not a lock given Roberts’ apostasy, the gun controllers end only pass confiscation laws, get them through friendly lower courts and then to the USSc where the tie vote will allow them to stand so that we can get gun confiscation the law of at least the 9th Judicial Circuit.
