I was told yesterday that Trump is a liberal Democrat.

My reply:

Build the wall.
Enforce the law.
Deport them all.
End sanctuary cities.
End anchor babies.
Slap a moratorium on muslim immigration.
Cut the taxes.
Cut the spending.
Cut the regulations.
Cut the government.
Cut the debt.
Cut the EPA.
Repeal ObamaCare.
Get the feds out and allow health insurance to be sold over state lines.
Send education back to states.
Get a handle on trade.
Make trade deals in our own best interests.
Bring back capital.
Bring back manufacturing.
Bring back jobs.
Strengthen the economy.
Defend the second amendment.
Defend religious freedom.
Appoint constitutional conservative judges.
Rebuild our military.
Bomb the shit out of ISIS (and take their oil).

End political correctness.
Take the GOP head-on.
Take the media head-on.
Take the liberals head-on.
And win, baby, win.

All of the above on a shoestring budget compared to most of the 16 competitors he’s defeated (after they spent 100's of millions of donor bucks).

No PACs.
No big donors.
No party support.

What’s democrat about any of the above?
What’s not conservative?
What’s not to like?

And I’ll add a few more:

Redo the horrid Iran deal.
Take a serious look at NATO.
Require our allies to pay more for their defense.

Rebuild the Reagan Coalition and attract blue collar workers by making America first again on manufacturing, trade, secure borders, economy and jobs, jobs, jobs!

Make America Great Again!

Trump is not saying these things because of the election.

He has been saying most of these things for years.

In his book from 2000, “The America We Deserve”, he wrote a chapter on terrorism and even predicted the danger of the type of terrorism we are facing today.

In his book from 2011, “Time To Get Tough, Making America #1 Again”, he has a chapter on the costs of illegal immigration and said many of the things he says today.

He also wrote a chapter on getting rid of Obamacare and the need to allow insurance companies to sell insurance across state lines, just like he is saying now.

Other chapters of that book cover reducing taxes, rebuilding the military, trade and jobs, welfare reform, and returning education to the states.

Some of his views have evolved over the years but his basic theme of putting America and American citizens first has always been there.

I encourage you to read his books for yourselves with an open mind. You might be surprised.

How about you get your trash that you call posting off of JR's site?

You are a GLOBALIST. FR is about PATRIOTISM. The opposite of Ted and Heidi's globalism.

Yup..that's exactly what us on the Trump train hear. The ONLY way to not believe this is to be under the notion that Trump is completely lying about what he believes and what he is campaigning on.

Trump detractors cherry pick a few statements from thousands of public statements to weave a tale of a "liberal" Trump. Trump since at least the 80's or 90's has referred to himself as conservative. His LIFE is one of conservative. Most of all he's a capitalist. He believes in the American system and one can't be a conservative without having that belief as a core component.

Others cannot happen because they are patently unconstitutional (e.g. Banning Muslim immigrants)

That's utterly false. Get your facts straight. That's total ignorance on your part. The fact is, the President of the USA has arbitrar power to decide which aliens can enter this country. Period. It could be based on sex, religion, shirt color, or any other criteria. Unconstitutional? You're nuts!

So take your Leftist tripe regarding what's unconstitutional with respect to immigration and check again...

If President Trump accomplishes HALF that list, it will be FOUR TIMES as much as we will see out of Cruz, Clinton, or Sanders.....

Oh, there will be a plethora of excuses, but none of it will be done, if one of them gets elected.

C'mon. Abolish the IRS? Tear up the Iran deal on day one? Oh, and oh yeah, he's going to build a wall, too.

Anyone see any of that actually happening under any of the other candidates?

You apparently are unfamiliar with trumps history. He was a solid Reagan supporter early on. His statements over time have been consistent. Without trump running there would be no talk of immigration, illegals, trade deals, or the corrupt party. Trump has signed the front of plenty paychecks

I respect your belief that Trump will do at least some of the things you posted but I just don’t and will never vote for Trump.

It’s your forum and I’m glad, as always, you have made your position clear.

I was told yesterday that Trump is a liberal Democrat.

I was once told Illegal aliens are good for our society and economy. You might have noticed, but by looking at the job performance going back decades, both these political parties, I'd say Trump is neither a Democrat or Republican. He's an American with supercharged energy and had done really big things. Unlike the disciples of decline and deceit in D.C. This time we're not electing a party or a politician, we're electing a leader.

You guys don’t read a damn thing, to you. Cruz’s VAT tax...? You have probably never heard of it and you sure as hell don’t know what it means.

"No one has fought the GOPE more effectively than Cruz."

Please list his top ten effective accomplishments in this fight.

Please list the top ten things the GOP effectively accomplished since Obama took over the country with special emphasis on the years since Cruz became a senator leading in this fight.

The globalists have used the concepts of “liberal” and “conservative” to divide us and keep us at each others throats while our nation is dissolved by them and their transnationalist friends under our feet.

If the invasion is stopped and the invaders sent home, and our sovereignty is restored, we can work out our disagreements among ourselves. If not, what we disagree about won’t matter in the least.

Thank you for seeing the picture. It is so true, that we have been flim flammed by those who have re-fashioned conservatism in their own image and that includes Cruz. Globalism and diversity are destroyers of our culture and our country..

“...good conservative people like president George w. Bush”

That statement is so ludicrous, I don’t quite know how to respond to it. GWB may be many things, but a conservative, he is not, and never was.

I suppose you still think Karl Rove is a patriot and a genius, too.

This cherry picking has been done to dozens of RINOS for decades here at FR

Why is a billionaire from New York who became a Republican in June 2015 exempt from this skepticism?

That is the thing I cannot understand here.

This is 100% about Trump’s promises. We have ZERO political results.

Well said.

If Mr. Trump has intentions of following through on this list, he can call himself whatever he wants - it’s irrelevant. Conservative, liberal, Mary Queen of Scots....who cares.

I actually believe he will do his best to make his promises happen. He is very proud and I think he will do what he can to protect his reputation. He’s not just a talker.

If we could only add “kick the UN out of the US” to that list!

With Cruz’s North American Union, with Cruz’s unlimited immigration, with Cruz’s amnesty, with Cruz’s TPP, with Cruz’s TPA-—there IS no Republic. There IS no USA, and WE are CERTAINLY not free-—in Cruz’s world we’d be under the thumb of the globalists. No jobs. All jobs here taken by Indians and Chinese. And the rest of us living at the level of the Third World.

Tried that almost exact same argument with 2ndDivisionVet and Pookie18 several days ago, both hardcore Cruzbots.....

Facts don’t seem to penetrate the Cruzian mind....

Great argument though!

I find your lumping of Cruz (and the TEA Party) in with the GOPe to be highly disingenuous.

Well then you haven't been paying much attention to current events. Ted Cruz has jumped in bed with the GOPe, and his tactics and strategy are 100% in alignment with their propaganda goals.

I haven't lumped the TEA party in with anyone, by the way. So try again.

Ted Cruz has even stopped using the term "DC cartel", apparently because it doesn't comport with the sensibilities of his new pals: John McCain, Mitt Romney, Lindsay Graham, Jeb Bush, and Neil Bush on his finance team, to name only a few.

Ted Cruz not GOPe? Haw haw haw, that's a good one.

Vote Trump
