The political solution is that Hillary wins.
The GOP has destroyed itself as a party.
Perhaps there’s legitimate reasons why Ted is losing so badly...I’m sure they’ve been posted here ad nauseam, but you chose to ignore or wish to suspend belief. That’s your perogative.
He is doing very well.
He can at least read rules
He also debates better than Donald
The current delegate count and vote totals say otherwise. And it’s about to get worse. But you can take comfort in the fact that Ted can read the rules as he heads back to the Senate.
After this week and next week, pretty much Cruz is finished.
I do not think there will be violence, have my doubts.
Yes I did see that
I just left it alone
Like they did in Athens TN?
Nah....we're not living in the 1940's in TN.
While it might be quicker/easier to shoot your fellow Americans cause they are pissing you off.... I haven't heard where the "globalists" have been shooting or beating up people trying to vote.....or hiring armed mobs to stop people from observing the election results being counted like was reported in Athens.
I think I'd start off the harder way, like the Tea Party has, by getting their grassroot volunteers involved in the process through the county, state, national level to elect better people to fight against them in Washington.
And believe it or not....if the globalists are really, really, really pissing you off, you could even run for office yourself and start fighting them on their own turf.
You are correct, this is not 1940 if anything its a worse pre-civil war environment.
A GOPee defeat leaves their perks & spoils intact. Trump? It's a gamble - and our Owners don't like to gamble.
They like the thumb on the scale.
Now we know why Romney lost in 2012.
We could have had this in the bag a month ago, and the Supreme Court with it - if the GOPee had just held its nose like it tells us to do every four years...
If the Republicans lose in November, I'll call for the burning of the GOP, root and branch - because they will have PROVED themselves to be nothing more than an extension of the Democrat Party.
It's really nice to have personal ambition and all that, but sometimes you have to play for the team.
Cruz is not playing for the team.
Lol, pretty much sums it up DoughtyOne.
The elite game is afoot and a funny thing happened on the way this year - Trump!
Exposing the insider game for all to see.
Love it!!!
The junk yard?
If you believe your little man is going to win an election (not the nomination) then I want what your smoking!
Never going to happen - never
Exactly how I read it sargon...been saying it for months, Cruz IS the insider...
He’s a worm
“:^)
So you have no problem with hypocrisy? Cruz said repeatedly a few weeks ago that John Kasich should drop out because he needed more delegates than were available at that point. Why shouldn’t Cruz do the honorable thing and follow what had been his own belief just last month? By staying in and continually attacking our presumptive nominee, all he’s doing is making a Hillary win more likely.
I find it interesting how slavishly devoted to the establishment run GOP many Cruz supporters have suddenly become now that the GOPe is (mostly) backing their candidatenot to mention their new-found contempt for regular Republican voters. Those who are talking about Trump not knowing the game and Cruz being so much better prepared should actually have read the original Politico article, because that made clear that in West Virginia Cruz is in almost as bad a boat as Trump as far as delegates bound on the first ballot are concerned at least.
In the state, each candidate has a separate section for their delegates on the ballot. That is straightforward. Less straightforward is the requirement that only a certain number of delegates from each congressional district are allowed to serve. The problem is that this is not written on the ballot, nor is the congressional district each delegate is from. The article said that most people simply vote for the first names listed on the ballot for their candidate. If the Trump supporters do this, 7 of his delegates would be disqualified. The thing is that if the Cruz people do it too, 5 of his delegates will also be disqualified. This places both of the candidates in practically the same boat because of WVs insane, irrational rules.
There is no ‘establishment per se, there are 54 ‘establishments’ as each state and territory has their own rules established by the state party.
It does seem to favor those who have devoted a lot of time and effort to the party. It has been done this way for many years and isn’t directed against a particular candidate.
