Donald Trump jumps to an 18-point lead over Ted Cruz this week with record high support for the Republican nomination.

Trump tops Cruz by 45-27 percent among GOP primary voters in a new Fox News national poll on the 2016 election. John Kasich comes in third with 25 percent.

Forty-five percent is a new high for Trump. The previous high was last month’s 41 percent.

Yesterday was key. When Megan Kelly went to Trump Tower it was the signal that Ted Cruz is about to be dumped. Hard.

The establishment is in ruins. They have no answer to this onslaught.

If the protest demonstration at Republican HQ in Denver is a big deal tomorrow, the establishment will surrender unconditionally in very short order.

The Republican Party is about to be remade. And not a moment too soon.

I would not be surprised, if Trump looks like he is going to be the Republican nominee, if the elites have him assassinated; just like they did old Huey Long in 1935.(I’m aware of Long’s faults but Like Trump today Long upset the elites of his time.)

Bye bye Teddy, Heidi, Bush et al, and a special good riddance to Rafael Cruz (whomever he really might be).

Mostly because he hasn’t been part of the fray, so people who worry about “tone” and don’t like the incessant mudslinging are gravitating toward him.

He’s hedging. He really is a snake. As soon as he has a view to fire, he will. Can’t trust him at all. He’s nothing but bad news.

“Yesterday was key. When Megan Kelly went to Trump Tower it was the signal that Ted Cruz is about to be dumped. Hard.”

I can see no intelligent argument against this.

Of course you know Murdoch also owns WSJ.

Maybe after this is over he can sell WSJ to National Review?

hillary’s voters will not be as enthusiastic as are Trump’s. Turnout should favor Trump. If Republican pols WAKE UP, they will realize that Trump brings out the vote.

Trump widens his lead over Cruz, but still at 45%. But, how in the heck does RINO Kasich have 25%?

That’s the not Trump and not Cruz vote there. Cruz is such a lousy candidate he was never able to seal the deal with the anti Trumpers.

Trump planned Colorado for exactly this. He knew how it would make GOP look and by extension Cruz. He knew he probably wouldn’t win it, so he decided to use it as a way to make cruz look even more slimy than ever.

Fox reports Donald Trump jumps to an 18-point lead over Ted Cruz and has record high support for the Republican nomination. Trump towers over Cruz by 45-27 percent; a new high for Trump. The previous high was last month’s 41 percent.

But Cruz has won 11 elections in a row...

You forgot the "sarcasm" tag.
