Republican Party Committee Chairman Reince Priebus is taking a swipe at GOP frontrunner Donald Trump over his complaints about the Colorado delegate-selection process.

Reince Priebus @Reince

Trump constantly whining about how game is played. He should just take his ball and go home.

I still believe trump should rent a stadium in Colorado and drop by for a couple hours - it would be a powerful statement to those delegates of what the people really want them to do

It’s an indicator of failed leadership when one makes excuses and when one whines.

Notice how Priebus used the pronoun “us” as in “give us a break”. That’s also revealing that the cabal has circled the wagons.

Although they think they own the GOP, they don’t realize they are not permanent and they don’t make the decisions when they ask the public to participate on their behalf. When they involve the public, they in fact, offer to share in the winnings.

If they ask the public to help them win and they don’t share, it’s simple logic to expect a backlash. That they don’t get that fact reveals they are very stupid people who think their deceit will go unnoticed.

Trump knows he is not going to reach the required number of delegates so he is playing to make it harder for Republicans to depend on a brokered convention. At this point if Trump is denied the nomination, it will be viewed as cheating.

I don't blame Priebus at all here. Trump really needs to watch what he says.

Trump is running for the nomination of the Republican party. His percentage of delegates is substantially larger than the percentage of votes he won. And if he's the nominee, part of his job is helping down ticket candidates.

Blasting the entire Republican party as crooked is going to damage other Republican candidates in the general election. Not only is that extraordinarily bad for him personally if he wins the nomination, but it will cause a lot of damage even if he doesn't.

He still hasn't learned that a scorched-earth primary campaign is ultimately counter-productive. Even if you win, you will have alienated so many people that you will have screwed yourself for the general election. He just doesn't seem to understand that making more moderate statements and appearing more Presidential will actually win him more votes. This constant complaining and slamming of the party itself is making his own nomination less likely.

Either he's too dumb to see that or he simply can't control his own mouth.

When you write html anywhere in your post, to get a clickable link you have to write:

<#A href=”link”>link name<#/A>

Remove the ‘#’, I had to put them so you could see the html script.

This is a Federal Election. The delegate rules should be uniform throughout the states.

Trump and his followers, who seem to think “rules, we don need no steekin rules, - bwaaaaaaaaaaaa, we lost by those steekin rules!”

You have to pay off delegates to support your candidate.....

The Stamp Act and Dred Scott were “rules” too.

Go try to win by this, and see that smirk wiped of your face in November.

Priebus deflecting from the point even though it appears his deflection is also a lie. Who cares how old the freaking rule is if the rule stinks and actually allows the GOP to usurp the will and votes of the people? Priebus and his gangster buddies are definitely part of the problem.

Trump is right: “great anger”.

One reason Trump is here is to expose the corruption of the establishment. That is why they would prefer anyone including Cruz over Trump.

God bless Trump. I do hope at some point Trump and Cruz kiss and make up, but I hope Trump blasts the establishment to smithereens.

If what Colorado did was OK, playing by the rules, whatever, than all states should do the same.

The Trump campaign whines and moans more than my 2 year old daughter when she doesn’t get what she wants.

You must be a pretty lousy parent if you don't know the difference between whining and informing the public that they are being screwed. Of course you POS cruz supporters could care less about the integrity of elections as long as you keep the uniparty gravy train rolling.

That’s not the way it’s ever been before.

The states get to decide how they select their candidate.

The states are losing more and more control to the feds. We need to go back to states having more power.

Trump is the ultimate crybaby. Waaaah, I lost so I must have been cheated. So unfair, I only had months upon months to learn the rules and put together an decent organization in Colorado. Waaaaaaaaah, no fair mentioning that I didn’t even bother going to Colorado - that is like cheating me a second time. Booo hooo.
