Pope Francis, who has long revealed his liberal positions through interviews, came out on Friday in an official statement calling on Catholics to be more accepting of homosexuals as well as divorced Catholics. While he didn't change official church doctrines in his paper, which is an "apostolic exhortation" instructing Catholics on how to live, the pope paved the way for a serious shift in the Catholic church away from central tenets of the faith.
"A pastor cannot feel that it is enough simply to apply moral laws...as if they were stones to throw at people's lives," he wrote in the paper, cited by CNN. "By thinking that everything is black and white, we sometimes close off the way of grace and growth." "I understand those who prefer a more rigorous pastoral care which leaves no room for confusion. But I sincerely believe that Jesus wants a Church attentive to the goodness which the Holy Spirit sows in the midst of human weakness," he added. "Every person, regardless of sexual orientation, ought to be respected in his or her dignity and treated with consideration."
Pope Francis' statements appear in his paper "On Love in the Family," entitled "Amoris Laetitia" in Latin. It spans over 260 pages, and is based on two conferences of the world's Catholic bishops known as synods, which were called by the pope...

Somehow this coming religious figure is so intertwined with politics and the economic system, he is able to create a new economic purchasing scheme where all must have the the political figure's mark on their person in order to show loyalty to the "new world system". The Bible is also clear that whoever receives this "mark" will be damned to hell, with no hope of redemption. I am not sure if Pope Francis IS this religious figure. If not, he is certainly a wonderful forerunner. Every time he opens his mouth, he continues his foray into the world political and economic orders with his consistent promotion of homosexuality, Allah as God of the Bible, and Marxism/Socialism betray his "inner dragon"...

Maybe half of the cardinals are homosexual Marxists, now-—they wouldn’t have been elevated if they were not molesting the little boys and having homosexual orgies, the activities like Cardinal Dolan and his Dioceses is getting sued over right this minute, since they were laundering millions of parish dollars with using Church property for orgies.

“Just”, good people can NEVER blur Truth and condone the evil, vile use of other human beings which strip dignity and meaning from mankind and make “sex” meaningless-—and they NEVER can promote the degrading, vile behavior which is learned by child abuse and neglect. Using human beings in disgusting, demonic ways, can never be “tolerated”-—ever.
All Just Laws/systems promote “public virtue” ALWAYS and the Catholic Canon only promotes TRUTH (God)-—and never condones using man in irrational vile, disgusting ways—as a “Means to an End (Marxism/Satanism).
It fully affirmed that God's plan for sexuality is one-man one-woman marriage which is exclusive, lifelong, and open to the transmission of life.
It also says persons with same-sex attraction should be ministered to.
I'm just printing off a copy for my own serious reading. Now I expect to hear a *lot* more from people who didn't so much as glance through the document. :o(
I do believe the church has problems. I am not privy to enough inside information to agree or disagree with you.
I tend to be someone suspect of charges this grandiose.
What the full truth is, I don’t know.
From life experience, I realize that a good case can be made, which causes you to believe one way. Then a good case is made from the other side, and you wind up not real sure of what the overall situation is.
So at this point, I’ll stick with believing the church has some problems and leave it at that.

I agree. I’m not here to bash Catholics or their Pope, but this guy seems to be unhinged.
