That is what I saw happen here in Nashville on the 2nd of the month. At 10 AM last Saturday the TN Rep party did some delegate assigning. Many complained as we know a number were never Trump supporters. After the 2nd vote they are not bound to support Trump.
What happened in Tennessee is quietly or openly happening in other states with delegates. No single candidate can fight the establishment at large in every state with every delegate. CRuz is only having such success because the GOPe is putting their regulars in to stop Trump.
What I can not understand is how Cruz supporters do not see how the GOPe is coop ting the anti-GOPe effort.
both sides are so corrupt, Dems, republicans, no difference.
To hell with voters they think.
