There is always hope. That anger is directly linked to the conviction in their heart that they are sinners. They know it. They just hate it.
When gays go off on how horrible Christians are to gays, I remind them there are gay Christians and even gay churches. The reaction is usually stunned silence. They can’t break out of the narrative.

It’s the old “love the sinner, hate the sin” thing. It’s difficult to do when the sinner insists there is nothing wrong with his sin.
The heart of the issue is rebellion towards God and those whose hearts are so hardened that they can’t see that are going to require a long, patient conversation before they see any results, if at all.
I have a brother who has accepted Christ then became a homosexual, now experiences depression and feels clearly rejected by the religious side of our family even though we have done nothing to reject him - only his lifestyle and generally we don’t even discuss it around him because we want him to feel like family.
My sister had a friend by the name of Laura who took her little dog Henry with her everywhere she went, even when she’d come to our home. We pointed out to Laura that she was welcome but Henry was not (some family members have allergies to pet dander). Laura was offended and refused to accept that Henry was not welcome in our house.
That’s the way I believe some gays are. Their Henry is their gay identity and they refuse to accept that they can be welcomed in our homes if they’ll just leave Henry behind. They refuse to do it. They feel mortally offended that you would even ask them to do it.
But God does not change for man. He’ll love you and try to lead you but if you will not leave your Henry behind, you’ll ultimately end up despising God because He wants you to repent the sin in your life, not demand that God accept it.
I’ve told defenders of gays that their problem is not with me. Their problem is with the God that demands repentance. It’s that issue they have to deal with before progress is made.
For such a small percentage of the population they sure are noisy.

When you are wrong and know you are wrong, it sometimes causes you to just crank up the volume. But mostly it is “PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!”.

I'm referring to the fact that the author apparently has taken on some sort of a ministry to this group and that he has found dealing compassionately with them while maintaining steadfast adherence to the truth is the most effective means of intervening in their destructive lifestyles.
He also points out that he receives a great deal of vindictiveness from them as a result. The article attempts to explain why he thinks they are so angry and he makes the point that confrontation about their anger (without keeping an ear open to the pain that has caused it) seems to be ineffective.
He's hoping to be able to get them to reconsider their abnormal lifestyle by addressing the abuse at least some of them have experienced when younger.
Your post about wishing more of them would die is diametrically opposed to the author's point which is why I pointed out the possibility of reconsidering it.

I don’t care what is behind their anger (or who is behind them in bed). I would like to ignore them and not even think about them. I am a conservative. I live my own life within making demands on others, and I expect others to live their lives without making demands of me.
If they insist upon harassing me, I will respond appropriately to their unwanted intrusion into my life. If my response adds to some snowflake’s pain, it’s called Karma.
I wish success to those who are attempting to pull those who have dropped into a vortex of self-hatred due to the disgusting methods used by LGBT for sexual gratification. I honestly believe it finally gets to them and cause great damage to their circuitry and self-hatred springs in when they begin to realize what lost souls they are.
The additional problem is that the Satan-inspired act of luring youngsters through complicit school systems to the ways of homosexual activity is mushrooming. There will be no end to this as long as the homosexual agenda is hell-bent on a conversion mission.
The visible sycophants here, like the louse who inhabits the White Hut, et al, place these perverts atop pedestals and congratulate them for owning up to their perversion.
I have no regard for the perversion represented by this asinine LGBT gaggle. Obama has hired scores of them to work within our government and the White Hut and its Annex is full of them.
