Are you Trumpites really that dumb? You do know, do you not that a large proportion of Trump’s delegates, maybe even MOST of them, are Cruz people, do you not? There is a big difference between being a loyal delegate and being pledged to vote for someone on the first ballot.
Win a beauty contest and you have a delegate for one dance; go to the dance with someone, you leave with that someone, too.
The candidate who is not going to the voters to get delegates is Trump; he actually just found out how it works, so he hired an expert to help, Paul Manafort.
But, Manafort probably quits tomorrow because Trump’s campaign is so dysfunctional. You guys are backing a LOSER jadrool. Wake up!
But you won’t. You will stay in your beguiled state. Just don’t start blaming other people for the misfortunes of your own making. That makes you into a super-loser, like Trump.

Truth about cRuz is that he cannot win the nomination and even if he were to somehow chea, er, do that...he’d NEVER win the general.

Cruz has been gobbling up Trump’s position issues. But for Trump we would be picking Jeb Bush or one of the other GOP-e spuds out of our teeth, and Cruz would have gone the way of Carly and the rest of the also-rans sitting with their knees under their chins at the kids’ table.
