On Tuesday night, Christians saved Ted Cruz.
The Texan made winning Wisconsin look easy, waltzing to a double-digit victory in the Badger State and all but guaranteeing that the Republican Party will pick its nominee at a contested convention in Cleveland this summer.
But Tuesday’s result was not predestined—and it wasn’t just a series of unforced errors that made the Trump Train sputter. The Cruz team pulled off a singular organizing feat, corralling a sizable number of Christian pastors for last-minute endorsements that helped shore up his support among evangelical Christians.
In February, Cruz suffered a tough defeat to Donald Trump in South Carolina, in large part because evangelicals—to the bafflement of many—were eager to line up behind the thrice-wed casino magnate.
In Wisconsin, though, that didn’t happen. CNN exit polling indicates that Cruz beat Trump among evangelical Christian voters by a whopping 21 points. And moving those numbers took work.

I'd love to see a Michigan exit poll/electorate status report that shows Democrats crossing over in large numbers to vote for Cruz instead of jumping in the fight between Clinton and Sanders.
Heck, for as long as I can remember, the progressive liberals have been fantasizing about getting a true, "out of the closet" Socialist in the White House. I can't believe they would miss out on pulling the lever for Sanders.

So, the evangelicals assume they can see the soul of Ted and know the truth. Perceptions are never “knowing” and the MSM is completely owned by the evil Marxist cartel and CIA who are out to destroy the American Constitution completely. They believe what they hear and Ted’s words are very, very pretty......(unless he is accusing Trump of evil Rubio’s antics and planting lies about Carson. Interesting that a good man like Carson or Sessions will not back Ted—people who “know” him up close).
AND they assume Teddy is a devout Christian. Hmmmm.....we will see, won’t we?
One of the ONLY people whom I will trust ( by words AND deeds ) and who “knows” Cruz personally, is Jeff Sessions. It is telling that he would not endorse Cruz, and he “knows” way more than I.
Cruz’s wife is the reincarnation of the female Cheney, Condi Rice, and her connections with the same slime of the earth is very troubling. The fact that she is a “professional” woman with very young children, make her anathema to me, a mother of five. Women who reject God’s Design and Purpose when they have the time and money, are extremely troubling to me (and extremely unChristian). Their maternal instinct has been destroyed and/or warped to an extreme (like a Hillary Clinton and the evil feminists/CEOs who will actually kill their own genetic offspring).

Ted is good at three things:

The Cruz folks need to enjoy their current dream state... New York and the Northeast is coming down the tracks... there will be no place for them to hide.

They can’t see it. They only see that second column from the right... and that they only need 480... to get what they think they want... a GOP brokered convention... because they damn well know they cannot win a majority in the primaries.
Ted will go into the convention, at the very best, a minority candidate... who thinks he can argue before the supreme court of the GOPe.. that HE should be the victor. But it can only go one of two ways:
They will flush him like a toilet full of vomit
or serve him up for execution to Hillary, whom they can work with.
And Ted will be incredulous... and also way too late

Now Cruz supporter should act like an adult on ANY thread. Since I don’t believe in “luck” as a Believer in Christ, I will pray for Cruz supporters when they name call and try to provoke Trump supporters. I don’t find that funny at all. God surely doesn’t.

I do not call Trump supporters names nor do I insult them. I post my reasons for not supporting Trump and point out Trump’s flaws. Trump supporters spew utter hatred and spread lies about Cruz and call Cruz supporters names and insult them when they post. Have a wonderful day.
Me thinks folks don't know math and the delegates all that well. Trump still has a clear path to at least 1300 delegates.
