Obama admin warns Florida not to defund Planned Parenthood

The Obama Administration is again threatening states, this time states which have passed laws rerouting tax dollars away from Planned Parenthood to other health providers.

Most recently, the administration has had Florida in its sights. Marissa Padilla, spokeswoman for the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services,  told the News Service of Florida that she had contacted Gov. Rick Scott's administration, “reminding them of the state’s obligation to ensure Medicaid beneficiaries continue to have access to services provided by any willing provider.”

After Planned Parenthood was exposed by the Center for Medical Progress as trafficking in baby parts --and illegally modifying abortion procedures so as to procure "intact" and "live" babies to sell their brains and other organs for profit (one Planned Parenthood official joked that she wanted to buy a Lamborghini with sales from baby parts), several state legislators chose to divert tax funds from the nation's biggest abortion business to other healthcare centers.

Last month, Florida legislators passed and Gov. Scott signed into law a bill defunding Planned Parenthood of tax money, tightening health regulations, and punishing the sale of aborted babies' limbs and tissue.

President Barack Obama is aggressively fighting this defunding trend, pressuring states to fund Planned Parenthood.  Obama has been called the most pro-abortion leader in America’s history because of his consistent record of extreme abortion support and promotion, even going so far as to vigorously defend infanticide for living babies who survived an abortion attempt as a junior state senator in Illinois.

The Obama Administration also pressured Texas, Kansas, North Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Utah, Louisiana, Ohio, New Hampshire, Wisconsin and any state that considers defunding the abortion giant, threatening them with prosecution.

The Obama Administration has also pressured states to give in to a transgender agenda, allowing schoolboys to use girls’ toilets, locker rooms, showers and changing areas.

The new Florida law defines the first trimester as the 11 weeks following fertilization, ending a dispute the Attorney General had with three Florida abortuaries.

The federal government under Obama's direction even went so far as to use tax dollars to replace funds for Planned Parenthood voted down by state legislatures in Texas, Tennessee and New Hampshire.

The Florida DOJ should place an arrest warrant against
zer0 for murder. Let SWAT teams capture him or bang flop.

I can’t seem to put my finger on the clause in the constitution that authorizes this expenditure or allows the president to threaten a sitting government over this expenditure.

Do what everyone else wo says they dont do anything else there, has done.

Call them and ask to schedule a mammogram there at PP. They will tell you they do not actually do them there, they refer to other places.

Call and ask to schedule a pap smear. They will refer you because they do not do them.

Call and ask to schedule an womens annual health exam checkup. They will refer you because they do not do them.

People have done this to PP places across their entire states and they all find none actually do these thins but refer them to other groups.

The powers of the general legislature extend to every case that is of the least importance — there is nothing valuable to human nature, nothing dear to freemen, but what is within its power. It has authority to make laws which will affect the lives, the liberty, and property of every man in the United States; nor can the constitution or laws of any state, in any way prevent or impede the full and complete execution of every power given. The legislative power is competent to lay taxes, duties, imposts, and excises; — there is no limitation to this power…

And are by this clause invested with the power of making all laws, proper and necessary, for carrying all these into execution; and they may so exercise this power as entirely to annihilate all the state governments, and reduce this country to one single government. And if they may do it, it is pretty certain they will; for it will be found that the power retained by individual states, small as it is, will be a clog upon the wheels of the government of the United States; the latter therefore will be naturally inclined to remove it out of the way. Besides, it is a truth confirmed by the unerring experience of ages, that every man, and every body of men, invested with power, are ever disposed to increase it, and to acquire a superiority over every thing that stands in their way. This disposition, which is implanted in human nature, will operate in the federal legislature to lessen and ultimately to subvert the state authority, and having such advantages, will most certainly succeed, if the federal government succeeds at all.

Anyone here old enough to recall the cartoon of Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam, where Bugs drew a line in the dirt and Sam stepped over it? Bugs then continued to draw lines and Sam kept stepping over every one of them.

Obama is Bugs. He drew a red line in Syria and Syria stepped over that line without any response. Same has happened numerous times when Obama puts on his “tough” act, as he never follows through. World leaders laugh at him!
