a vote for cruz is a vote for the establishment McCain, Graham, Romney and the GOP.

How times have changed form the hypocrites who stated they wanted an outsider.

Remember this .

“Let me encourage other members of the establishment: Keep supporting Donald Trump because every time you do it, what it is doing is telling conservatives all over the country is where you stand and who stands with you”.
- Ted Cruz, New Hampshire stump speech

Now he is the establishment the hypocrite and so are the voters for him.

Let’s step back in time for a minute.

“Rove, you magnificent bastard!”

“It’s strategery I tell ya.”

If I recall correctly, this is when Rove and Bush were staunch “ conservatives,” beating the rats at every turn. When they had Cheney, Rummy, Condi, Colin, all conservatives by FR standards and we pretty much felt that tingle go up our leg. I think this was around the time Cruz was working for the team.

As a Texan, I like Cruz. I like what he represents, what he brought to the table and how he stood up to the establishment. Back then he still had a wife who worked for GS, but we never cared because Cruz was our guy.

He also had a 100% conservative rating from Heritage, which at one time we called that the gold standard of Conservatism. Mark Levin was our constitutional expert, Rush was our voice and Coulter the voice of what we wanted to say publicly but didn’t.

Fast forward to today. Hannity is an idiot, Coulter is an establishment hack, despite knowing as far back as 2002 that she had a thing for the log cabin Republicans, Levin is a screaming moron, who couldn’t tell the constitution from a condom and Rush is an entertainer whose schtick is speaking to the low information voter.

Basically we are dead as an ideology. Because we refuse to acknowledge that Trump and Cruz need to come together to finish the job they started and instead want to be emotional jerks and fight amongst ourselves, we can no longer differentiate the forest from the trees.

Sorry to break it to everyone, but unless Trump and Cruz bring a fractured conservative movement together and work together to take on the establishment, we are dead. Our enemies played divide and now they will conquer unless we regroup.

It needs to start here, this is a well respected forum run by a true conservative who has asked us to drop the negative rhetoric about our candidates, come together as one and take back our country.

It’s up to us, because there is no one out there but Trump and Cruz and they need our support, not our condemnation. With that, what are we going to do?

To me, the moment of truth for Mr Cruz comes at the convention. When he gets there and it becomes obvious to him that: 1) he can’t get the nomination outright; and 2) those GOPe’s that have labeled him a “whacko bird” are most certainly my not going to allow him to win a brokered convention, what will he do? If he has the principles he has professed, then he should not allow anyone but Trump to walk out of there with the nomination and throw his delegates to Trump.

One thing I know about this campaign is that between Trump and Cruz are running as the “eff” the GOPe candidates. They have gotten a large majority of the votes. To allow a nominee that runs counter to the clearly expressed will of the party is outrageous. The party must be torn from Carl “socialist light” Rove’s grasp.

If it is not, then I sincerely hope that then the headstone of the GOP is crafted it includes a large statue of Rove’s fat, arrogant face.
