On planet earth, Trump polls the worst against Hillary of the remaining candidates. You could pretty much plug any GOP name into a 1 on 1 matchup against Hillary and that candidate would poll better than Trump. The tragedy is that Trump took a winning hand, namely Borders and Jobs and ruined it through his own poisonous personality.

Why doesn’t the NYT mention 2 other more recent polls which has Trump ahead by 4 points and the other tied? Hmmmm!
In the general election their won’t be 17 names on the ballot, just Cruz and Hillary.

OTOH, The gutter campaign of Rafael Cruz has single handily redefined what “principled conservatism” is. He’s done great harm to conservatism and that wound is not healing for a long time.
