They still have a primary election and I doubt they’ll, the delegates, will go against Trump when he wins Pennsylvania and is still well above 1,237 and everyone else. 17 delegates of the 71 are committed to winner.

Ya know, I think Rafael Cruz’s zealous ambition is fueled by wife Heidi and furthermore, I truly believe that she’s on some serious psychotropics.

The 54 PA delegates are uncommitted and are directly elected by name on the ballot.

Illinois is I think the only other state with a similar system, however in Illinois I think the delegates declare which candidate they are with. PA’s don’t. You need to get that info yourself before you vote in PA or you’ll just be guessing who they support.

In Illinois, Trump lost 3 delegates because they had foreign-sounding names, and his supporters didn’t like their names so they voted for other delegates, LOL.

It won’t matter, Cruz should win UT, and the press has to create drama.. no drama no ratings so if Cruz wins UT, the spin will be Momentum Shift for Cruz... because it was the last state to vote....

Its garbage.

I fully expect Cruz to win UT and most likely by well over 50%... however if he goes under 50% that’s a huge upset!... it won’t be reported that way, but if Cruz can’t top 50% in UT, Trump has pulled off a major upset.

I don’t expect that Upset to happen, but if it does, don’t fool yourself, that is a huge upset by Trump.

[But I guess no amount of facts will convince you that Cruz did not run that ad.]

My theory is that the ad was run by anti-Conservatives to further the widening divide between TRUMP and CRUZ with the sole intent to disenfranchise both candidates at the National Convention.

CNN 3% precincts reporting

Cruz 2,541 58.8%

Kasich 949 22.0%

Trump 830 19.2%

Kasich is cutting into Cruz’s lead, Cruz dropped 4% and Kasich moved from 3rd to 2nd

I guess by the press’s reasoning, there is a shift toward Sanders in the dem side based on the early returns from Utah!

You do understand that the population of Arizona is well more than twice that of Utah, and Utah is a caucus not a primary....Cruz will be far behind Trump in total votes.

Cruz says blame for the events in downtown Chicago rests with the protesters but ‘in any campaign responsibility starts at the top.’

Own It Cruz

Illinois had the candidate’s name next to the delegate. PA will not have that. In IL the delegates are bound. In PA they won’t be.

The PA favors the candidate with more organization and the ability to send out mailers by CD. Not so sure how good Trump’s organization will be in that regard.

Hang in there, MomMD. It will all get better. We have a few weeks to get through and then we will figure it out.

My hope and prayer is for Trump because I think we need a shake up in Washington. Cruz has been there awhile, and I don't see that he's done anything but make a few enemies. He didn't really get 'anything done'. We need someone to shake them all up, remember we are paying the bills, and hopefully bring some industry back to our shores.

We need our borders closed and this immigration under control. We all know that.

Utah numbers coming in now. What a strange state. I feel like they are out of touch a bit. Not a slam... it is just odd they are so out of tune with the rest of the country.

Almost all of this is from the small/tiny counties, which are reporting much faster. Washington is 9% in (and going Cruz in a big way), but the other 100k+ counties are all not reporting yet (or close to it). Cruz should completely dominate those small counties. The big prizes are the Salt Lake and Utah counties.
