Should California's Votes be Disqualified Since They are Allowing Non-Citizens to Vote?
Freedom Outpost ^ | March 19 2016 | TONY ELLIOTT

The official number of illegal aliens in the state of California is nearly 3 million. We can estimate the number to be more than double this amount in reality.

Over half of all drivers license issued in California were given to individuals who are here illegally and the state automatically registers those with a driver’s license to vote.

In 2015, California Governor Jerry Brown signed a bill giving full voting rights to illegal aliens. This gives them the right to vote in all elections from a local level to national elections, including that of choosing who will become President.

The biggest problem with this is it is against Federal law for non citizens to vote in any national election. This in itself negates the votes made by illegal aliens in California and any other state which allows them to vote.

I've long thought California should be re-territorialized, brought under federal control until its finances improve and laws comply with the U.S Constitution.

Disqualifying it's federal voting power would be a good first step.

Jerry Brown has set up a massive fraud scheme to steal California for Clinton because she cannot win.
Does Trumps team know about this?
He has the bully pulpit to let everyone know.

As much as I’d like to see it, it’s a state’s rights deal. The state elects electors to the electoral college, however they see fit.

“I’ve long thought...”

Lost me right there, with this hair-brained idea.

Then New York, New Jersey, Washington, D. C., where does it end?

Win those places back.

What our forefathers fought so hard to give us, we get jettisoned on a whim?

Ahhhhh, no thanks.

Absolutely not! They should be disqualified because they are californians. It's something in the water.

Yes, they should be disqualifed. However, Reince-The Chicken Hearted-Preibus is not known for making bold and strident decisions that benefit the republican party.

Have to get DC to abide by the Constitution too. Never mind the other “blue” states. Too late, perhaps?

Congress has the authority to throw out California's electoral votes provided there is a challenge to those votes and both Houses of Congress vote to throw them out.

Congress could theoretically refuse to seat California's senators and congressmen, but that would reopen Powell v. House of Representatives, in which the Supreme Court decided in Adam Clayton Powell's favor.

Brown is part of the communists establishment. California should be known as little Mexico.

The states do not have the right to confer voting to illegal aliens.

I’d call him Reince “The Collaborator” Priebus. A true Uniparty man who lives by the Stalinist maxim “It’s not the votes that count, but who counts the votes” (or suchlike.

I have doubts about this info. Seriously, how could Brown get away with such a thing and why hasn’t it been challenged in the courts, or has it?

D1-that was a good post above-CA consistently enacts laws that befoul the rest of the American economy. You must foresee a time where they’ll have to be bailed out because of their profligacy?

Illegals vote in large numbers in every state in the Union. That is how OZero got “reelected”.

I don’t think California votes for any national elections should be allowed. They don’t know who the hell is voting in their state. Allowing Mexican Nationals to vote for the U.S. president is unconstitutional. There are a bunch of Californians that need to go to jail.
