Ben Shapiro Betrays Loyal Breitbart Readers in Pursuit of Fox News Contributorship

LOS ANGELES — Former Breitbart News editor-at-large Ben Shapiro announced Sunday evening via left-wing Buzzfeed that he is abandoning Andrew Breitbart’s lifelong best friend, widow, hand-picked management team and friends in pursuit of an elusive contributorship at the Fox News Channel.

Friends of Hamas could not be found for comment.

Shapiro, a Harvard lawyer and member of the State Bar of California, apparently violated virtually every clause in his employment contract during an appearance on The Kelly File last Thursday evening.

It was business as usual for the ambitious conservative gadfly, who is known to live on the edge, courting and then leaving a series of companies over the past several years.

Don’t forget the voice of the GOPe, Rush, he had the same talking points as Fox News.

And now it’s gone.

A title search on Breitbart still shows the link but it’s 404.

Don’t forget the voice of the GOPe, Rush, he had the same talking points as Fox News.

Rush's January monthly newsletter featured Ben Shapiro as the guest, it is the bulk of the entire newsletter.

It was six full pages of mutual verbal lewinskys.

The February edition featured Erick the red, I've sent in my cancellation notice and I was a subscriber to Issue ONE.

Rush and I have had some MAJOR disagreements recently and I'm getting close to a total NO-RUSH-ZONE, but if I do that, I may need more medication and lubrication. I'm not sure my system could stand the shock, I'm mean, how will I know what to think?

Ditto, that.

I read the article while it was on BB and it was little more than verbal vomit, which is pretty much what I’ve come to expect in their “reporting”.

Shapiro deserves better. Don’t look back, Ben.

Yeah. It sounded like the author was really snippy when it was written.
I wonder if the bosses came into work and said, “No, no, don’t say all that.”

Oooooo... now the plot thickens... Now this article's link goes here:

Statement from Breitbart News Editor-at-Large and In-House Counsel Joel B. Pollak

"The article was written by me as part of an effort to make light of a significant company event, and was published as a result of a misunderstanding without going through the normal editorial channels.

I apologize to Michelle Fields, my friend Ben Shapiro, and to everyone concerned."

Is someone else about to resign?

I knew it. He’s been on with MEgyn Kelley too often. Man are they cut from the same cloth.

Hardly.

What is apparent is that you have not watched the videos or followed the story. Sounds like you get your talking points from Beck

“And they’ll dump Ben Shapiro soon as election season is over.”

You show me a Fox news “contributor” and I’ll show you a frustrated Fox “reporter”. Fox is the new place RINOs go to die.

I’m confused. William Bigelow’s name was attached to the article.

Pollack wrote that bilge?

"Make light of"? Really? Really? Joking about Andrew's widow? I do not believe this retraction for one minute.

You read the original here first, folks.

“Ben Shapiro looks like pajama boy and sounds like a dweeb.”

No one has ever seen Ben Shapiro and Pajama Boy at the same time. Just sayin’.
