As to that headline.....Trump did not fracture the GOP...it has been an on going situation since the elites took over leaving the Republican stalwarts out in the cold as they treated the GOP as their club and ONLY their club....cozening up with power brokers on the left.

Trump had nothing to do with this elitism of the Kristol's, the Roves, the ayers, Big Pharma. Big Energy, open borders and all the others who have nested down in Big Government largess, enriching themselves. Trump, part of this morass in the past, sees what it had done to his country....will clean it up...it is that which terrifies the Elitists.

The only fracture I see is between the GOPe and the base. I hope he heals it by winning and booting the traitorous globalist cabal that runs the party.

The fracture between the citizen/voter and the party has been evident since McAmnesty.

Trump, as new head of the party, will mean leadership will finally be aligned with the majority of the people.

They have been actively working against us for decades.

No Chris and was you an Megan with your infantile behavior at the very 1st GOP debate.

If the RNC was not a bunch of spineless cowards, you two would be banned for ever moderating a GOP event again.

You two were actually worse then the CNBC clown posse.

For decades, we’ve been told to hold our noses and vote for the person the party selected.

This year, the people have selected their own candidate, and the party is crossing its arms, shaking its head and saying “You can’t make me.”

Trump isn’t the problem. The lack of wisdom in the party leadership is very apparent.

It is the neo-con artists and their open borders toadies who are fracturing and destroying the gop, and they’ve been doing that for years. Trump is the one who has smoked the rats out of their holes, and exposed them. They are terrified that they could lose their place at the trough and cocktail parties, and they are willing to do anything, and everything to hold on to their power. The neo-con artists have thirsted for death overseas, it would not be the least bit surprising if they would decide to visit death upon Trump if they thought they could get away with it.

Trump didn’t fracture the party. That was done by establishment insiders like Boehner, McConnell and Ryan. Trump just rose up in response.

The GOP was fractured years before Trump came along.

GOPe was fractured long before Trump came in.
He just rubbed the wound to make it okay to hate them so much.

So, people from the OUTSIDE come in to disrupt, and someone is saying that the Republicans are divided. Can someone explain this to me....

Can the Republican congressional leadership unify the party they fractured by breaking every campaign pledge, by aligning themselves with Obamng, granting Obama fast track trade authority for the TPP, by changing the Senate treaty rules to pass Obama’s Iran nuclear deal, and by passing a budget which funds all Obama priorities?

An apology by the Republican congressional leaders and an ironclad commitment to vote down TPP would be a good start at mending fences with the voters they betrayed.

Trump never fractured the GOP. It was fractured long before Trump.

I hate the GOP, have for years. Trump brings a revamped GOP.

Exactly. Trump did not fracture the party. The party had failed. Trump is the effect, not the cause. The party power elite will fight tooth and nail, even if it means losing the White House and shifting the Supreme Court to a strong radical leftwing for a decade or two.
