Geez I hope not. If this snake oil salesman with a voice that makes you want to kill someone gets the nomination, it’s President Hitlery for sure. Cruz is a smorgasbord for the left when it comes to ridicule. He will not bring in new voters, and will not win with the Christian vote that stayed home last time around.

That's all very nice that Cruz is doing well with Republicans but I'm thinking general election here. We can nominate the perfect conservative but it won't amount to a hill of beans if we don't get him elected in November. In fact, considering who we have on the other side (Shrillary or Bernie), I seriously doubt the nation can even survive if we don't win this time.

I'm supporting Trump because even though he's not a perfect conservative on paper, he's conservative enough that the Democrats and even GOPe have declared open war on him. Trump also has a history of saying what he means and actually doing what he says. But most importantly, Trump looks to bring millions of voters into the GOP fold from the Independent and even Democrat ranks in November.

Trump does best in open primaries in while he catches a lot of flack here for that now, we are going to need those votes if we are going to win the White House in November.

Show me a poll where Cruz does better than Trump among Independents and "Reagan" Democrats and you may just make me a convert. Right now, I'm not seeing it. It's nice that Cruz wins states like Utah, Texas and Wyoming but those states are going to vote Republican even if we nominate Jebbie Bush or Mitt Romney again.

If Cruz is nominated, does he have a better chance than Trump of winning key battleground states like Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire?

If so, than Cruz is our guy. But I'm not seeing it.

This poll was also before Cruz blamed Trump for the violence in Chicago. Would be curious to see a new poll.

Anytime I’ve ever seen the media questioning those people, they are so dumb about what is going on in our world.. they are empty suits with ears that hear the media.. and they are programmed...

Take for instance, you are married and your wife or husband tells you he/she does not like a certain program on TV. You know she/he does not like it and every time you turn it on, you are edgy.. his/her opinion influences your own.. it can’t be helped. those who are not informed, get informed by what they hear. and all they hear is anti-Trump.

cruz has only won 3 primary election states and we are told he is better to win the nomination LOL
Hell he only just got his state by less than 50%, and never win a single county in some southern states , including the swing state of VA and won’t win FL or OH in another two swing states.

Yea cruz is really a much better pick sarc

Cruz is doing surprisingly well and is still a real threat to Trump

He's only won states with caucuses that are controlled by the GOPe. Trump is winning the primary states. After Tuesday, it's lights out.

Also, all of this is moot anyway. If Cruz somehow is handed the nomination to him by the GOPe, Obama and Hillary's lawyers and judges will destroy him over his eligibility.

Cruz is not eligible to run for President. His real name isn't even Ted. It's Rafael. And his wife was one of the architects of the coming North American Union.

Trump loses to Hillary big time in all the major national polls. Go check them out. This is an election where Hillary cannot be allowed to win for the good of our nation.

Elevating a reality star to the status of a deity won’t get us anywhere. Trump is all about himself. Just follow his vapid speeches. He spends the first 30 mins on polls and what a great guy he’ll be. Extracts sworn pledges of support from his devotees. Kim Jung-un would be envious.

Hey fishy, this is all a moot point because Cruz is too busy sabotaging his own campaign with his doubling down on his comments blaming Trump for violence, and even our Esteemed Founder has stated today that "Cruz is lozin it."

Cruz has to win each and every race between now and the convention in order to even have a chance of overtaking Trump, and that's not going to happen. If Cruz remains in, all that results in is his enabling and empowering the GOP establishment to play their games come convention time and anoint one of their RINO puppets as the nominee.

Cruz is toast. You can post any poll you like, cite any 'survey' you can conjure up, the bottom line is that the S.S. Cruz is taking on water, and nothing is going to save him now.

Prepare yourself for some serious grieving:

You have to appreciate Zamyatin’s remarkable prescience about WE. In America we have perfected polls and don’t need those silly actual elections any more. Just let the WaPo and the WSJ decide through polling.

So, what percentage of the minority vote would any republican get? Over 90% of Blacks and over 70% of hispanics voted democrat in 2012. The problem for Romney last election was not minority votes. I read in multiple articles that he could have had over 70% of the hispanic vote and still lost the election but if 4% more of whites had come out and voted for Romney, he would have won. Of course, the GOPe took the exact wrong message from all of that and decided they needed to pander to hispanics. It seems to me like pandering to minorities while alienating your majority voter block is a self defeating strategy for the GOPe. I think Trump is doing it right.

Yeah, Cruz is not the right guy and I am indeed afraid of him being able to bring Trump down. So far with the Chicago and other actions going on.. I just don’t like it.

Trump loses to Hillary big time in all the major national polls.

More meth bong smoking.

Trump is bringing in rust-belt blue-collars Dems.

All 50 states are competitive in a Trump vs Hillary matchup, forcing Hillary to campaign in places like IL and NY.

Rafael will get wiped out because voters like me - are too stoopid to noo dat we not enlightened 2 vote for Hahvard brainiac who take goood care ov us.

Good thing it’s not a national primary. Tuesday we willl see where Florida and Ohio ends up with Ted. If Ted gets first place in Florida or Ohio them the American people have spoken. If he doesn’t get first place in those two states then this poll is BS and the American people don’t want him. Very easy.
