In 2009 when Obama gave his speech in Cairo, he insisted the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood have front row seats to the event, they then proceeded to overthrew Mubarak which the people of Egypt later rejected and now they don’t trust us and have moved closer to Russia,
Then they overthrew Libya (even when it was well known at the time that getting rid of Qaddafi would start an influx of refugees into Europe) Now all of Europe is reeling with the Islamic raping hordes sweeping across the landscape.
Next they turned to Syria to overthrow Assad (creating now millions of refugees) for which the Russians have thrown a wrench into their evil scheme,

From the Hillary testimony to Trey Gowdy, Obama was against toppling Gaddafi until Mrs. Clinton persuaded him to do so. She’d been lobbied in this effort by Sid Blumenthal on behalf of some (paying?) third party.
So Obama has a moment on temporary enlightenment that Western Europe does nothing in their sphere that does not involve the US doing all the heavy lifting. Trump is right about requiring them to grow up and contribute more to their own defense with the US now shouldering 75% of the cost of NATO to defend them.

Germany, with 30% more people than the UK and France, (not counting Muslim refugees) spends 25% less in absolute dollars than the UK and France. Japan with double the population of the UK and France individually spends 25% less than either country. Italy spends a measly 1.2% of GDP, Holland 1.1%, Spain 0.9% and our northern neighbor Canada 1.0% ( perhaps he can speak to his new BFF- Prime Minister Trudeau)
And next time we want to use Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean or the UK's bases on the island of Cyprus or the UK bases to bomb Libya, as in the days of Ronald Reagan, they may well tell us to take a running jump.
Obama is trying to distance himself from his Arab Spring initiatives.
Obama was the prime mover to get NATO to attack Libya. NOw Tripoli, a once vibrant city is in ruins as Obama wanted, and the oil companies who are Obama’s arch enemies have suffered revenue loss.
But Obama will never get out of wearing his obvious sophomoric idiocy in what he did in Libya. Nor will Hitlery.
The desert aquifer was greening vast regions of Southern Libya and now its all going back to barren sand , thanks to Obama. Gadaffi’s great hydrology project has come to a halt, and millions will suffer.
