Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) slammed the Republican establishment Wednesday, suggesting they should blame themselves for the rise of GOP front-runner Donald Trump.
"Donald Trump is the Republican Partys Frankenstein," Reid said. "Republicans have spent the past eight years stoking the fires of resentment and hatred, building Trump piece by piece."
Reid's remarks come after Trump won seven out of the 11 states that held Republican primary contests on Tuesday.
The Nevada Democrat, who is retiring at the end of his current term, suggested that after Republicans "refused" for years to work with President Obama or Democrats on legislation they are now "reaping what they have sown."
"Donald Trump is the ultimate fulfillment of the Republican Party's legacy of obstruction and resentment," he added.

I think that “middle undecided picks the winner” is a myth.
In 2008 and 2012, it was more about turnout than about winning the undecideds.
