The critics could be right.
Trump could be a complete fraud.

At this point I feel we have little choice but to
roll the dice. We KNOW what we’ve got with the rest.

New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, the heads of the Republican Governors Association, convened fellow governors for an unusual conference call to discuss how the primary was unfolding — and Trump was a central topic of conversation.”

I'm thinking that they are readying a major endorsement of Trump.

The big donors will be just as happy with Hillary, so even if they give up on Trump, they aren’t really giving up, they’re just moving on to plan b. Its the Establishment after all. They never lose......until they do! :)

First off....thanks for your reasonable reply.

You and I have been around here...for some time now.

The thing is...we really don't know what we might have with Trump.

I've read many things about him...and I've seen his character. I don't trust him...not at all. That's my gut..speaking.

The devil I know...versus the devil I don't?

I dunno....

What I do know...is no one really cares about me or mine. And I'm focusing on them and I.

Hey, Governors, here’s some advice for you, and its as simple as abc:

Actually, it IS “ABC.”

ANYBODY BUT CLINTON!

Nothing else matters, not with existing and upcoming vacancies on the Supreme Court, with immigration out of control, and the world literally falling apart at the seams. We need someone - ANYONE - other than Cankles, and even if it is someone you don’t like, ANYONE is better than her or any other Dem.

ABC!

If the GOPe doesn’t like the direction the voters are going, it has only itself to blame. The clueless GOPe stabbed its voters in the back for the last seven years and now it can’t understand the Trump phenomena. It truly is the Stupid Party.

The GOP does NOT want a republican president. It is not in their best interest.

I believe that's exactly true...They then would be held accountable for their corruption...

I’m really not enthused by any candidate, but if voting Trump avoids a moderate squish from being the nominee, that is worth the vote.

Maryland’s governor of one year, Larry Hogan, is a Republican, self-made wealthy businessman. This is his first elective office. He has to battle a veto-proof Dem state legislature yet has already done some very beneficial things for the state. I hope Trump gets elected and does the same for the country.

The fecklessness of Congress under Boehner and McConnell is what enabled Trump’s rise. If they had planned and fought this hard against Obama there’d be no room for Trump at all. Their actions are the very reason Trump resonates.

For decades we’ve been told to hold our nose and vote. To take a bite of the crap sandwich even though we didn’t want to because “it was best for the party”. Now they are the ones having to take a bite of the crap sandwich and they’re balking at the taste.

I hate them. They make me sick.

> Trump could be a complete fraud.
I’m a YUGE Trump supporter and I agree completely. Instead of all the articles concerned about how stupid I am, they should be examining why a potential fraud/Hitler/Mussolini is better than a traditional republican.

I can’t see ANY way Trump is worse than what we’ve had for 7+ years. And impeachment is certainly the correct option if he is - bipartisanship will move at record pace.

If he ends up being what the voters want and the republicans examine their recent past, they can learn from it. And they can be preparing either for a fraud or a great president or anyone in-between. Congress still has power to stop Trump if they decide to be one of the three branches of government again after giving up their power for the last few years. Work with the voters instead of against us and things will be fine no matter what Trump ends up being.

>Trump is the arrival of Caesarism in America
>Call me a cynic, that’s how I see it

I’m not calling you anything, but I think you might consider the case of the current occupant of the office and the ineffectual nature of our current congress before lobbing anything at the R side.
