A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that State Department officials and top aides to Hillary Clinton should be questioned under oath about whether they intentionally thwarted federal open records laws by using or allowing the use of a private email server throughout Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.
The decision by U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of Washington came in a lawsuit over public records brought by Judicial Watch, a conservative legal watchdog group, regarding its May 2013 request, for information about the employment arrangement of Huma Abedin, a longtime Clinton aide.
A State Department official said that the department is aware of the order and that it is reviewing it but declined to comment further, citing the ongoing litigation.

There will be a point at which(witch?) they will have no choice. Indicted by her own party. There will be rending of clothing and gnashing of teeth. It will be the spectacle of our lifetime and Trump will be elected. Fantasy? Perhaps, perhaps not.
The FBI investigation is two pronged. The other side of the investigation that hasn’t received near as much media attention is the corruption and more than likely tax evasion involving the Clinton foundations via their pay-to-play business conducted within the secretary of state’s office.
The FBI is essentially trying Hillary in the court of public opinion.
Hillary could beat Beyoncee to death with a tire iron in front of Obama and not get prosecuted.

They do not “believe” they ever misled *anyone.* What they “believe” is all that matters, as well as their precious “intentions.”
Yup, America has little justice. I would like to hear the candidates address the issue, too. Will they fight for the poor who can’t afford a good lawyer who will not make a deal with the prosecutor or really dig for defense?
For a Democrat, endangering national security is a resume enhancer.

He can spill the beans on who paid him to set up the server and how they wanted it set up and who needed mail accounts and email addresses. My money is on Cheryl "the Scum" Mills. She is evil that goes back 20+years with the Clinton Cabal.
Ok. The schedule for the testimony, deposition will give them about a year to start. Then postponements. She won’t even turn over emails to the FBI. The Dems are panicking(which is good) but not enough to move Hillary “out”. Rice apparently gave some testimony recently which could not have been too helpful. That won’t be released for another year or so. This is all a legal shell game.
Trump needs to get after her now. Hit her hard and often. He is the only one who will make this visible. Hillary is skating along with no platform. No challanger. Nothing of any substance and she will not lose unless someone takes her out of the running. Those millions of illegals are all voting for Hillary because Obama is pushing them. Shut the Dems down by bring this into the sunlight.
He will flip to avoid spending time in Club Fed.
She will run, even if she is a convicted felon, and might win too. In fact, a felony conviction would be a feather in her cap. It might bring her more votes, because the LIVs would think she is a martyr.
She probably has too much stuff on the both of them.
The released emails are due to the FOIA filed by Judicial Watch. The FBI got its copies when they seized the email server. They’re not waiting for the state department to do their thing.
The FBI learned about the private server when they interviewed the hacker Guccifer in the Romanian prison where he’s incarcerated. That’s means the investigation started over a year ago.
Ah, yes, she can play the War on Women card. “I was only convicted because the Patriarchy doesn’t want me to win!”
We have learned already that a third of primary voters failed to show for the Democrats.
If they show up and vote as democrats there is a record that might implicate them in the hillary scam crimes.
Oh yes..... she will be incapacitated by a stroke

On November 25, 1991, Sullivan was appointed by President George H. W. Bush to serve as an Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
He’s been tough in the Clinton email case - I’ve been impressed.

Funny how Federal judges are snapping to all of a sudden. They’re politicians, and they can tell which way the wind is blowing.
