Americans for Trump are attacked from all sides for having the audacity to believe we can choose our elected leader!

Today, a socialist and not very Christian Pope tried to tell us how to vote.

FAUX and ABCNNBCBS lie to us 24/7 about how dumb we are to listen to Trump instead of them on who to vote for.

Where’s the barf alert? This reads like something from Women’s Day magazine.

Is that really what we want from our next president: to be run over by him? Thanks, but Obama’s done enough of that already.

I call him “unprincipled” because he is late to the game and because he has demonstrably given support to people utterly opposed to life itself as found within a mother’s womb. That’s all. You think he’s solid? Fine. I’ll see your solid and raise you 50 diamonds.

I agree that Trump seems to want the office as a trophy to hang on his wall. He isn’t driven by core principles. He just wants the title. And he will say anything to get it.

I paused a bit. Now I’m all-in for Donald Trump.

Not quite. I see him as being able modify the course away from the hard left journey we are currently set upon, pointing it back towards the center. Building upon his possible success can keep the needle moving in the right direction.

He will not solve all problems. He has a chance to start moving us back to prosperity. The fundamental issues that need to be addressed are those he has been constantly addressing.

No candidate we attempt to elect can turn this country back to the right in one fell swoop. To believe that is possible is nonsense and delusional. It may be desirable, but it will not possibly happen in one fell swoop. Attempting a “Hail Mary” is not the answer.

Use the playbook that has been successful over the last couple of generations: Incrementalism. Move the pendulum back a little at a time. This is a rational possibility, and should be the goal of anyone who desires that this country continue as a Republic, IMO.

I will happily vote for Mr. Cruz, but I do not believe he has what it takes to win this November.

I will also happily vote for Mr. Trump, knowing his positives and negatives, as I believe he can win this November, and he can, if nothing else, address fundamental issues that must be corrected if our Republic is to have any chance to survive over the long term.

Uh, we don’t trust the other candidates, either. They all lie. We are used to lying politicians, & most of them aren’t even saying things we want to here.

Trump has some unique attributes that make him a better choice than the others.

He is beholding to no big money interests, so unlike the others, he doesn’t HAVE to listen to any of them as the others MUST do to maintain their support for reelection.

If elected President, he will have little support from the RATS & tepid support from the GOPe. To get reelected, the immediate goal of any new President, Trump will have to satisfy the people who elected him, or face rejection at every turn. I don’t believe Trump could stand such a humiliating rejection, putting him in the same league as Jimmy Carter & Bush 41. His only option is to be seen actively working on the “wall” & making America great again, using the bully pulpit to motivate Congress.

I am HOPEFUL that Trump’s deep disdain for incompetence & sloth will compel him to clean out the dead weight in government. In the last shutdown, it was reported that about 80% to 90% of the EPA employees were deemed non-essential. Only Trump is likely to fire even one of these employees. The others will hire more non-essential employees - that has been their record.

I am also hopeful that a President Trump will investigate the serious crimes of Clinton & Obama. There’s not a chance in hell that the others, all members of the Good ‘Ol Boys Club, will even investigate one of their own. It’s not politically correct.

On foreign policy, we have seen what a wimpy President can do for world security. We need a tough talking, somewhat unpredictable President to give pause to our enemies.

Trump is certainly not perfect. I cringe at some of the stuff he says. But he is the ONLY one who MIGHT start turning this country around, while the others only guarantee more of the same, & THAT AIN’T NEARLY GOOD ENOUGH.

Seriously. Who rides the train? Nobody but big city liberals.

Trump claimed to be very prochoice. But now that he’s running for office he’s suddenly pro-life...but likes planned parenthood.

If you are a Trumpeter, some might accuse you of being gullible.

Bob Dole: "electable"
John McCain: "electable"
Mitt Romney: "electable"
Donal Trump: "unelectable"

Seems like it's always Opposite Day with these people...

There is just something about Ted’s eyes that really bothers me.
Never seems happy or glad just sort of sad or scared.

Well he hovers around a 60% National disapproval so he’s toast in the general. The scary part ihe may get the nomination. And don’t think he’s going to improve when the lights are REALLY turned on him after the Conventions.

Fester, it stuns me that these Trump supporters can only think in two dimensions. It's either Trump or the GOPe. There are no other options. Actually, there's one candidate who is looking out for the electorate -- a candidate who gave us a reasoned, factual argument without throwing out 3rd-grader epithets like "loser," "clueless" and "stupid." He knew he'd pay the price for his actions, but he still had the courage to let the American people know about the shenanigans going on in D.C.

I agree with this author’s assessment. See the top part of my profile page where I give my opinion of Trump. The author and I were sizing him up and arriving at the same conclusion.

Dear Cheryl,

I dated Ted for awhile, but he LIED to me, he'd do something really bad, then make all kinds of excuses. And if THAT wasn't bad enough, he got his buddy to back up his lie. Can you imagine that?

And then there is the little thing...NOBODY I KNOW, OR AM RELATED TO LIKES HIM AT ALL!

My mother asked me if I knew that he is a Canadian; not that that is so bad; it's just that he lied about it, at first.

Then my father asked me why he doesn't have any friends and after I thought about that, I figured out that nobody really wants to marry a liar who looks like "Grandpa" in "THE MUNSTERS".

My friend Kathy asked me if I had noticed that Teddy was GREAT repeating memorized lines, but was just awful, when he didn't have a written script. Gosh....that made me think some more!

Worst of all, Dan said that he plays video games late into the night, has trouble filling out forms, and that his really CREEPY friend Glenn goes EVERYWHERE with him.

So I started going out with Donald, who treats me like a queen, LOVES America, knows all of these BRILLIANT people who think that Don is just the greatest thing since sliced bread, and so I'm marrying him in November! And BTW....you aren't invited to the wedding, because you are the "B" word and stupid!
