Associate Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead of apparent natural causes Saturday on a luxury resort in West Texas, federal officials said.
Scalia, 79, was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a resort in the Big Bend region south of Marfa. According to a report, Scalia arrived at the ranch on Friday and attended a private party with about 40 people. When he did not appear for breakfast, a person associated with the ranch went to his room and found a body.
U.S. District Judge Fred Biery said he was among those notified about Scalia's death.
"I was told it was this morning," Biery said of Scalia's death. "It happened on a ranch out near Marfa. As far as the details, I think it's pretty vague right now as to how," he said. "My reaction is it's really unfortunate with any death. And now, politically, in the presidential cycle we're in my educated guess is nothing will happen before the next president is elected."

I am VERY concerned that they’re so quick to say he died of natural causes. He was hanging out with 40 other people at a resort or ranch. That doesn’t sound like someone not doing well.
I pray that God reveals the truth about this and that a thorough investigation is performed.

WASHINGTON – Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump weighed in on Sunday against Supreme Court Justice Anthony Scalia’s comments on affirmative action in university admissions.
The conservative justice suggested during a hearing last week that some blacks and Hispanics are not strong enough candidates to be admitted purely on academic criteria and might be better off attending “slower-track†schools where they can prosper.
“I thought his remarks were very, very tough. I think they were very, very tough to the African American community actually. I don’t like what he said, no,†Trump said on CNN’s “State of the Union†program.
And what are the chances that the Republicans will stonewall? More likely they are huddling even now to get a new Justice of the Sultans choosing in as short a time as possible. Eric Holder or Hillary Clinton would please the Republicans to no end.

From a political perspective? The primary choice is Ted Cruz. I can not trust Trump with a SC nomination. It will be interesting to see if this question emerges in the remaining debates.
This was eventually going to happen. As the nation imports hispanics and other non-assimilating left-leaning groups, the various branches of government will fall under leftist domination. Not all at once, but eventually all. The Rats have a near lock on the Electoral college and now, perhaps the judiciary. Low Rat turnout in off-year elections and districting in the House has helped the GOP in Congress, but even those advantages will run out. Adios America. It was a good run.
I’ve been waiting years for Congressmen to do the right thing for the wrong reasons if only to serve their own self interests but that doesn’t seem to happen anymore.
