at least $50,000 of that is in Plains GP Holdings, a company that transports oil and gas liquids.

This is not the company that wants to build Keystone - so how does Cruz stand to benefit from supporting Keystone? You are grasping at straws.

To Julia Trigg Crawford, the attack sounded odd coming from Cruz, who didn't speak out when TransCanada, a Canadian pipeline company, invoked eminent domain to build part of the Keystone XL pipeline through her 600-acre farm on the Texas side of the Red River. Instead, Cruz supported the company's effort.

Cruz supports the pipeline - but where is the evidence that Cruz supported using ED for the easement on this woman's land? Is she making an assumption that Cruz even KNEW about it? Pretty weak sauce. But as has been discussed before, there can be an argument made that infrastructure projects like pipelines, power transmission lines and railroads, though technically private, are in the nation's security interest and may be a constitutional use of ED.

No it doesn’t! Let the blabber mouth come up with facts and not innuendo! Did you ask blabber mouth
what he meant by playing footsie with Pelosi?

Have a look at the link I posted in #15 and then come back and tell me what great anti-gay rights warrior Ted Cruz is.

“campaign efforts are ugly, and will continue to be so. If asked who started it, I would say Cruz.”

I agree to a point. It is ugly now, BUT it will get better as time passes. We’ll coalesce long before November. And we’ll coalesce big time if the RNC/GOPE pull any funny business at the convention.

Answer honestly. If I posted absolute, irrefutable PROOF that Cruz lied, what would you do? Again, be honest.

Are you opposed to the Keystone XL pipeline project? I think most America-loving conservatives are for it.

And what, SPECIFICALLY, did Cruz *say* about eminent domain vis a vis this pipeline? I see allegations and insinuations, but no actual quotes from Cruz.

So long as they submit to regulation as "common carriers", they ARE a constitutional use of Eminent Domain. They are operating for the benefit of the public.

‘Team Cruz gone quiet on that issue. Cruz seems quite comfortable being in violation of the law and hasn’t filed amended FEC documents.’

The FEC has given Cruz until, iirc, March 1 to explain the loans. If I’m off on the date, it’s not by much.

I agree, but when you debate the Cruzers, they bring up one thing, and only one thing, that polls showing only Cruz can beat Hillary.

This is meaningless.

Cruz carry New York, NJ, Michigan? I doubt it.

If Trump sweeps all 50 delegates in SC, it’s over.

Thanks for posting that. Everyone but the most fanatical Cruz supporters knows he lies, and that he does it far too often.

Remember when Cruz texted a debate moderator (Craig James) in ADVANCE trying to tell them which topic to bring up for the Belo debate?

The moderator didn’t appreciate it very much, called it an attempt at ‘rigging’ the debate.

‘I would read it. And evaluate it.’

If after evaluating it, you couldn’t refute it—i.e.: you were forced to concede that yes, this is a straight up, incontrovertible lie—then what?

Of COURSE I am NOT opposed to the Keystone Pipeline. I’m 100% for it.

That wasn’t the point. The point was Cruz and eminent domain. Nice try, though. Maybe your deflecting razzmatazz will work on someone else.

Rafael’s lying goes much deeper than just repeating falsehoods. He’s a pathological liar who needs to be on medication or under the care of a shrink who can maybe work through why he thinks he has to smear opponents with very easily dispelled lie after lie. Trump is not pro-abortion, Trump has not said he loves ObamaCare and wants to expand it. Trump was not a democrat will for the first 60 years of his life. Trump has not said he wants to grant blanket amnesty to all illegals in the United States. Trump has not said he’s for homosexual marriage and always has been. The list of lies from the Canadian goes on and on and on. He takes voters for idiots. He thinks if he keeps repeating a lie long enough people will start believing it. Cruz’s lying is not just lying. It’s pathological. He keeps repeating the same nonsense when he knows full well it’s a lie. Most of his lies about Trump could have been brought up months ago during debates. Trump was asked about every one of the positions Cruz is lying about and put them all to rest. What did Cruz do then. He never opened his mouth. He’s pathological and needs to be on some kind of medication for his problems. He also needs to quit pretending to be a Christian. Christians don’t bare false witness against their neighbor. If Cruz opens his mouth it’s a lie.

and here I thought Trump was going to neutralize Hillary’s “women victimized” defense... I’m surprised, and I bet so is Trump that now Cruz is the using the “victimized woman” defense.

What a weenie...

Excellent post. Cruz’ behavior is classic for an adult who was raised by alcoholics. His supporters either minimize this aspect of Cruz’ childhood or simply and honestly fail to grasp the significance. You cannot put a young child through an emotional and psychological meatgrinder and produce a well rounded, balanced, mature adult. You just can’t.
