Chin up. You still have Michael Savage.
Agree. I’m sure he’s getting alot of crap for speaking his mind about this primary - it’d be much easier for him to go with the flow like Rush and Hannity seem to be - but he is a true believer.
Me either. Tried ‘El Rushbo’ while killing some time in the car before a hearing. I didnt get it.
Good for Mark. Whether you like him or not we need him and as many other voices for liberty as we can find every where they can be found. You can throw him under the bus because he doesn’t support your guy, but he does support your objective, hopefully.
maybe because he is NOT a Canadian and Mark, who knows far more about the constitution than you, Trump (who has not even read it) or I would know if Cruz was illegible.
He calls himself Denali now. Plenty to complain about these days.
Yawwwwwwnnn I thought this schtick died long ago after a court in Illinois ruled otherwise and the lack of any clarity from SCOTUS but I guess we’ll still have those harping on this far into the future. So do entertain me this, were you screeching him as.l a Canadian when he was the only one filibustering every unconstitutional action in the floor of the Senate, the one taking fire from all GOPe RINOs as well as the liberal left chumming along with the RINOS. Were you so eager to call him that Canadian when all went along to get along when the pond scum from Arizona McLame was trashing him at every turn and he was the line voice speaking conservative principles.
I venture to say you were not and were cheer leading him like the rest of us conservatives.
Nonsense ...
Here is a compendium of replies from some years ago defending Mark Levin when he was being attacked because of his support of article 5:
Mark Levin has been sounding the same tocsin of alarm and he has illustrated his warnings with anecdotes from his own participation in the Reagan administration. His conservative bona fides extend that far back and they are genuine because they are moments of real action. The last one I remember is his recounting the story of finding Saul Alinsky's books being distributed by the Carter administration at our cost.
Mark Levin has given the history of Rino domination of the party and their resistance to Ronald Reagan context so that we understand who the Bushes are, who the rest of them really are. He recounts betrayal by Orin Hatch on his program.
Mark Levin is not the problem, he is part of the solution, why in God's name do we shoot the messenger?
He has been loud and long in his criticism of the house leadership and loud and long in support of the insurgents including Dave Brat. He has recounted time and again the opposition by the Rino Republicans to Ronald Reagan. No one has been more emphatic than Mark Levin in describing the breakdown of conservatism over the years and the Republican Party. It is not just his criticism but as activism and commitment through his career and through Landmark Legal over decades which lends him credibility.
More, he has written influential books espousing true conservatism and has even advanced a very influential argument on behalf of Article V which is an attempt to cure the problems seen in Washington where Rino Republicans fail to counter leftist Democrats from outside the power center in Washington. Whether or not you approve or disapprove of a convention of the states, it is undeniable that Mark Levin has seen the problem and has advanced a solution.
It is hard to identify anyone in the pantheon of conservatives who are publicly known who would have been more strident in their attacks on Rino Republicans and who have lent their support to insurgents in the house, as noted in my original reply, and who has the land their airtime to insurgents seeking election in house and Senate.
I know of no pundit who has been more right on all the issues. He is right on trade, right on immigration, right on convention of the states, right on deficits and budgets, right on the war against terror, right on Obamacare, right on environmental tyranny, right on the meaning of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. I know of no issue on which he is "wrong."
His career demonstrates that he walks the walk as well as talks the talk. Mark Levin is not part of the problem is part of the solution. I suspect your antipathy stems from a misplaced fear of Article V.
Yep, Levin got caught , didn’t he ?
Funny, but a phoney, he would back Stalin if he thought it would sell.
I don’t listen to Mark Levin or Glenn Beck. Actually, Westwood One also sponsors Michael Savage, which I listen to regularly and who is Number One, Westwood One just announced (go check their website to see) that Michael Savage, host of The Savage Nation, has just set an “unprecedented” new record. According to TalkStreamLive, which gauges streaming on its website, Savage’s performance is not only “the best amongst his competition, it also set a new record.” Michael Savage pulled a 25.2 rating, more than doubling the rest of his competition.
Really? You sound like you’re feeling the Bern.
That’s a very long-term contract.
Let me guess — you’re a Trump supporter.
Unlike those who selfishly need their egos stroked every few minutes, I don’t require the host maintain an echo chamber and generally listen to the talkers mostly for entertainment value or to get another perspective.
Since the Trumpers are shunning the Great One while his audience continues to grow and his books are always #1 on the best sellers lists, I’m sure he doesn’t mind losing a few kooks.
Besides, there are no limit to the number of other alternatives. I hear Alex Jones is still all the rage with the Trumpster and his barking moonbats if Michael Weiner takes a break to get his tinfoil adjusted.
He was very wrong in strongly supporting the reelection of Orin Hatch.
I agree he is good on many issues. However he treats many callers with great disrespect. In my opinion conservatives should aspire to be virtuous men and women, like many of the founding fathers. It is difficult to respect someone who delights in displaying boorish behavior. Those who cannot conduct themselves in a civil manner in public discourse only contribute to the erosion of the culture.
Mr. Levin and others aspiring to leadership should be raising standards, not wallowing in the mud.
