Actually, listen to his debate and his NH speeches, Trump is running against HILLARY.
Rubio is running against Obama, Cruz is running against Rubio.

Cruz supporters also didn’t enjoy the Iowa win. They were downright nasty.
But hey, we will need ALL Republicans to get behind our nominee and show up to vote in November!

Being conservative is a profession now? So, Levin won’t consider Trump because Levin will somehow make less of a living if Trump were President?

No true Scotsman, except for Trump.
One could write that about most of the candidates, Trump, Christie, Kasich, Bush, Gilmore, and Fiorina excepted (governors and private CEOs; Carson is in a league of his own, a decent human but not Presidential; what have the Senators done ?).
Maybe that’s because Levin agrees with Cruz’s conservative positions and record.

Well said. And this is exactly why I popped off to someone a big ago that nobody cares about the constant “Trump isn’t a conservative” bleating. Ideology is just words. Trump has named the enemy, identified the issues, and has the track record to prove he can make American great again.
Cruz won’t even get close to being nominated which is good because he would get crushed in the general. He is disliked universally and has no executive experience. However, he is a good talker.
