I was 1A in 1968. I couldn’t get a job better than flipping burgers or selling French fries. I watched one out of 4 inductees get congratulated on becoming Marines when I was inducted.

Try to imagine what the Republican primary would look like without Trump. Ted Cruz would have been as effective against an all out GOPee onslaught as he was at actually stopping anything in the Senate. With Donald Trump taking most of the GOPee spears and arrows, Ted Cruz has been able to get his message out and stay in the race. This has also given those of us who supported Ted Cruz early on to get a true measure of the man, his wife, and his associates.
