Where was Ted Cruz when the messages started coming out from his camp about Carson dropping out? Standing next to me!
What “hit on Carson”?
That he was dropping out.
So Cruz himself didn’t take advantage of the Carson campaign screw up to ‘steak any voters with his speech.

The only hits I see come from the trumpsters. And they keep on coming. Trump seems to be running a very progressive campaign himself.

There’s links there that destroy the idea the lie came from CNN. It was made up by the Cruz campaign. Carson is right when he says “The evidence is there,” he said, citing voice-mails that his campaign has released of Cruz allies telling caucus-goers that Carson was likely to suspend his bid. “Tapes, written communications, it’s all out there. People have to decide whether this kind of behavior is acceptable to them.”
“I’ll tell you what it tells me,” Carson added. “It tells me a lot about character.”
He wasn’t wearing the same thing he wore when he gave his Howard Dean speech. Ask who else spoke. Ask me what Rand Paul wore. Or bury your head, I don’t care.

This disproves any allegation that Cruz was telling people that Carson was dropping out of the race. He never even mentioned Carson.
Oh, he knew. That’s a great story. Yeah, you see a lot of people against walls in waiting rooms, airports, with their heads down. They are looking at their phones. And he kept looking at you because he knew this was less than above board. Didn’t want the nice guy next to him to know what he was up to.
You know what they say. If you can fake sincerity, you’ve got it made.
I did NOT like his defense of himself last night. It was too long for innocence. It was very self absorbed and about him, no consideration for Carson except the “I’m sorry,” which he should have ended with.

Want to know why so many here are put out by Cruz’s tactics? Because they are seeing something that many have not seen before; a member of the GOP who plays to win. A member of the GOP who can and will play rough.

Ted Cruz is EXACTLY the kind of conservative I want in the White House. Someone who is not afraid fight and to bayonet the wounded.
If he will do stuff like this to win against his own people, what do you think he will be willing to do to Hillery and then to Harry Reid?

Nope, it was just a freak of circumstance and I never thought anything of it until I saw the debate last night and Cruz said he didn’t know. Remember this is in Cedar Rapids. I’m pretty sure cruz flew to Des Moines to give his victory speech. The timing is right. I don’t lie!

Don’t give a rat’s ass. Carson isn’t even a contender and, frankly, the better I get to know him, the less I like him. He doesn’t have the chops for campaigning or the Presidency.
