And there is no point in building it tomorrow if certain other things are not enacted

I disagree. No more "ifs". The minute construction begins in earnest the insanity begins to reverse. Then we address the damage done. And correct it. Trump gets it. My question was does your candidate? Your response indicates there may be some doubt.

Well, it seems all the polls have Trump winning. I guess people want a President, not a Harvard Debater.

Do two wrongs make a right?

Two wrongs don't make a right, but three do.

My fear is that because of Super Bowl weekend, on a Saturday night, how many folks, besides us political junkies and folks in New Hampshire, actually tuned in tonight? Rubio could hold his momentum if the media keeps spinning this as a win for him.

I totally agree.

If people want bombast, they can have Trump who never stops to think but just blows and goes.

Cruz gave great answers on everything. No honest person could find fault with a single answer.

Even when the blonde biddy tried to trip him up on carpet bombing, he nailed it.

Because the states treat it like a crime. It is a clear and very present danger to our country. Much more so than ISIS or the Zika virus.

Our country is losing billions of dollars to this. And it’s hitting in my town and your town.

I thought Trump seemed to be in a bad mood too, and he should have been upbeat. He would have been the easy winner if he had been more personable. Still I guess he was the debate “winner” overall, if not Christie.

lol CNN defending their honor against Cruz in their “Debate Special”. They are doing a segment on the Iowa thing AGAIN to set the record straight.

Cruz could have put that to bed by just accepting Carson’s statement, apologizing again, and leaving it at that. He tried to pull a Trump instead and have his cake and eat it too. Didn’t work apparently.

Thank you for reminding me MKH has two children. I now recall Mary Katherine talking about how she hoped the eldest would remember something of her father and personally encouraging that hope. I lost a grandfather when I was two and don’t remember him at all, even though I know circumstantially he was 20 feet away from my earliest memory. It’s bugged me for decades that I can’t walk that one memory to where my grandfather was.

I think we’ll see Cruz stepping it up at the debate before the S. Carolina Primary.

Cruz was very good at this debate as well. Agreed though. He has much more of an organization down there and South Carolina meshes better with this views than more liberal New Hampshire.

With that said, hopefully, we'll get a 1-2 Trump/Cruz finish in NH with the GOP-e bots splitting the RINO votes.

“...The drug war is the longest war in history. Why hasn’t it been won?”

Because the U.S. has not committed itself to winning - by bombing both Mexico and Columbia back into the stone age. To win, you don’t waste time with trying to intercept the mules - you take the fight right to those who are pushing this stuff into our country - The Mexican and Columbia GOVERNMENTS - both of which are OWNED by the drug cartels. perhaps a few tactical nukes dropped on the kingpin’s compounds - while their entire family is present - would set the right “tone”
