Well it took him 60+ years to figure out that liberalism is wrong, so he's not all that quick (Oh, thank you donald, for helping Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi --/crit and sarc). And being CEO of a corporation is not the same as being executive of a political entity. You can't just tell people my way or the highway, it's a different animal.
How much detail can you give in a 6o second answer? That’s why these debates should just have 3 or at most 4 people.
Cruz had one answer where he gave a fair amount of detail - on immigration. But unless you’re really prepared and get the right question it’s hard. Not you can do a lot better than Trump, but I think he just doesn’t bother to think these things through very deeply.

You don’t openly say the sitting President is trying to destroy the country in a presidential debate. You can say he is destroying it... but leave it to incompetence. And, you don’t say the sitting president is evil in a presidential debate.
You do when you are fighting Socialists on the other side of the isle, who are going to continue the same plan, the same agenda, the same exact destruction, as Obama has. Hello?
