I know this: eminent domain may only be constitutionally used for PUBLIC sue. If the government pays a private company to do the job, which makes sense, the question is still whether it is a government project for PUBLIC use.

Trump CAN'T justify a taking for private use - it is absolutely unconstitutional.

Not anymore -- isn't that why there is so much fear -- because of Kelo?

People continuously confuse eminent domain with random takings or condemnation. It's not that. The one house he had a lawsuit over 35 YEARS ago was a crank woman who tried to game him for millions and when he wouldn't pay an unreasonable amount, he built the parking garage around her house and her property looked ridiculous and lost value, but it was her own fault for not giving her neighbors a break and allowing adequate parking to be built. Trump wasn't doing this out of nowhere -- he was the hired builder fof a project that the Atlantic City council, the State of New Jersey and the gaming commission wanted to have built to create a year-round income stream for a dying city that lay dormant for 6 months of the year as a summer resort only. He lent his brand and did the construction, but there were many, many other players in the scenario, including the investment banks. And the lady's house did not get taken ultimately. It is a red herring from decades ago.

[Cruz repeated EXACTLY what Trump said about Healthcare]

TED CRUZ was the first candidate to lay out a detailed healthcare plan. He spoke about it at length during the Senate filibuster.

He has the original plan.

Hmmm... Half way point, who won so far?

IMHO, Kasich didn’t do himself much good. All the others did well, except Rubio is definitely having a bad night, so I am happy with that. Someone stacked the crowd with Bushbots.. I think Christie did very well, Trump played it just right and didn’t put to risk his lead in N.H. so in that sense he also did great and was convincing as a Presidential hopeful, Cruz didn’t blunder by falling for the ABC hopes to snipe at Trump so Cruz projected his Shakespeare demeanor that he once had but was greyed a bit, Bush did much better than before but aftually then he went after Trump and I don’t think he came out of that very well and I don’t think anything can turn it around for him even if he rushed into the audience and saved a pregnant mother from a falling roof tile, Christie took on Rubio so effectively I think Rubio didn’t have a good night so far to say the least, Carson had some great moments but didn’t seem to get enough attention from the moderators.

Winners Christie, Trump, Cruz so far.

Why are they asking son of mailman about conservatism? Should have asked him about liberalism.
