I just looked at the latest polls on real clear politics. For the life of me I don’t get it, when the overwhelming majority of people say the country is going in the wrong direction, WHY are the dems in the lead when up against the republicans? This makes no sense to me. None.

I’m pretty far south of N.H., in Ct. and we got a bad hit of heavy, wet, cement-like snow and it he should have cancelled. Flying in this weather isn’t a good idea.

My sister often purchases drapery/upholstery fabrics to whip up into dresses. I’m waiting for her to go somewhere and blend into the drapes or furniture. lol.

Yikes. Six years for not cleaning or cooking?! Where was this? Couldn’t be an islamic country - she’d already have received the death penalty by now.
Now, I have to confess, I don’t do the cooking I used to, and my house cleaning is less frequent. However, when the kids were growing up I kept the house clean, cooked healthy meals and packed healthy lunches, home-schooled my kids, started a tutoring business, wrote my own phonics program, grew our vegetables, sewed the kids clothes, knit their sweaters, etc., etc. I don’t feel guilty for coasting now!
