Yikes. Six years for not cleaning or cooking?! Where was this? Couldn’t be an islamic country - she’d already have received the death penalty by now.
Now, I have to confess, I don’t do the cooking I used to, and my house cleaning is less frequent. However, when the kids were growing up I kept the house clean, cooked healthy meals and packed healthy lunches, home-schooled my kids, started a tutoring business, wrote my own phonics program, grew our vegetables, sewed the kids clothes, knit their sweaters, etc., etc. I don’t feel guilty for coasting now!
