2nd Event

Friday, February 5, 2016: GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Florence, SC at the Florence Civic Center at 7:00 PM CST.

LONDONBERRY, NH

Londonderry is a town in western Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The town is bordered on the north by the city of Manchester and on the east by the town of Derry. The population is ONLY 24,129 at the 2010 census. Trump again is going to these little towns…. :=)

Londonderry lies in an area that was first known as "Nutfield" because of the dense woods with nut trees. The town was settled in 1718 by Scots-Irish settlers, many of whom had left their homes in Londonderry in the Province of Ulster in the north of Ireland, and arrived in Boston in 1718 to start a new life without religious wars and persecution. In 1722, the town was chartered and given the name "Londonderry".

FLORANCE, SC

Florence, SC is located in Florence County, South Carolina, United States. The city is the county seat of the Florence County and the primary city within the Florence metropolitan area. The area forms the core of the historical "Pee Dee" region of South Carolina, which includes the eight counties of northeastern South Carolina, along with sections of southeastern North Carolina. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated the city's population at 37,326.

That’s very interesting! I’ve heard people say that the Beatles music was not that complicated - not true IMHO. Perhaps their 1st album had music that wasn’t as complicated as later albums, but I always felt they put out some great tunes for only 4 guys and instruments early on (realizing they had more instrumental backup in some of their subsequent songs).

I’m a big Beatles fan - my sister and cousin are literally Beatles fanatics! I found a poster with the original tag from the Beatles Fan Club (about 1964-67 IIRC) for my sister for her birthday a few years back - it’s pretty cool and she was thrilled!

From the looks of the storm even ground travel may be an issue in NH today.

Book was William Faulkner? Song for the Movie, The Long Hot Summer was sung by Jimmie Rodgers.

In the Heat of the Summer was written by Phil Ochs.

Thanks for the weather update.

Safe travels for Trump....and I hope he gets some much needed rest. I think he had like four or five events, yesterday...including the late interview with Anderson Cooper in the town hall setting.

I understand that the SC primary is coming up and that he would want to get a head start. I think it’s too bad he just didn’t stay in NH - sure hope he makes it back for the debate tomorrow night. If not, he may have to do it via Skype or something - not as effective as it would be standing next to Marco in the heeled boots and Tippy Toes.

It is. Not a deep snowfall, but slippery, dense snow. Schools closed - that's a pretty good indicator that travel is treacherous.
