Who wants to play in the snow?

Unemployed quarterbacks?

All the sports people who just loved his antics in college deserve some credit for the trainwreck he’s turned into.

Yep. Anyone who remembers ESPN that day will agree. They were so far overboard it was sickening

It’s hard to tell - as an SEC fan the kid was a baller on the field in college, but I thought he was a risk based on behavior. However, I thought the same thing about Cam Newton and that seems to be working well.

There are just not a lot of good quarterbacks out there. Lot of people who can smash each other up on the gridiron but not a lot of people who can stand behind center and run the offense. These people are highly in demand.

Only a very few people can play quarterback in the NFL. I'm talking maybe one person out of 10 or 20 million people have that ability and experience.

What this means is that those few quarterbacks can make a lot of money and buy a lot of things.

Is it possible for any random person to train to be a quarterback at the age of 10? Perhaps. Maybe you can pick a 10-year-old boy at random, and then coach him to grow up into an NFL quarterback. But you would probably need to spend 8 hours a day with him for the next 10 years to get him to that level.

Eight times 365 = 2,920 x 10 = 29,920

So 29,920 hours of training to become an NFL quarterback. That's 3.3 years of practicing to be quarterback.

That's a lot of training.

Big nothing burger. He was investigated and no charges will be filed, per the evening news in Dallas.

If you sampled 100 children to go threw this training, maybe one in one hundred thousand. would ever play in the NFL as a QB. And, I mean maybe. You would Most likely develop a couple to play other positions, that is how small the sample size is currently.

I would say there are 12 people currently on this planet have the talent, decision making ability, work ethic, desire to win a Super Bowl. Two of them are playing on Sunday. Enjoy it while you can. The PC Police is coming for football. Make no mistake about it.

He's Ryan Leaf squared.

Talent flushed down the toilet.

I don't care where he ends up. He's bad news.

Much as I hated Terrell Owens, at least the man could back up his mouth with deeds.

If Manziel can't do jack squat in Cleveland, what makes anyone think he'd somehow be "great" elsewhere?

Too much success too early can wreck a man(or woman} too. I hope he can get control of his inner demons. He is fun to watch on the field.
