Johnny Manziel's ex-girlfriend told Fort Worth police the NFL quarterback struck her "several times" and appeared to be "on some kind of drugs" during an altercation last weekend, according to a Fort Worth Police Department report.
The alleged assault occurred in Manziel's Dallas hotel room in the early morning hours of Saturday, Jan. 30.
