Rubio To Jorge Ramos: I Will Keep Obama’s First Exec Amnesty In Place Until Amnesty Enacted
http://www.breitbart.com ^ | November 2, 2015 | Julia Hahn

In a little-noticed interview earlier this year with Univision's Jorge Ramos, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)79% declared that, as President, he would keep Barack Obama's executive amnesty for DREAMers in place until it was permanently codified through legislation.

Rubio said, in part:

DACA...applies to young people that arrived in this country at a very young age before they were adults and I don't think we can immediately revoke that... I'm not calling for it to be revoked tomorrow, or this week, or right away.

"I think it will have to end at some point and I hope it will end because of some reform to the immigration laws," Rubio said in English.

So Rubio is pledging to carry Obama's policy: leaving the executive amnesty for DREAMers in place until Congress submits to the order by legislatively ratifying amnesty. After a legislatively ratified DREAM Act, illegal aliens would be able to vote in U.S. elections and bring their relatives to work and collect entitlements in the United States.

The similarity to President Obama's rhetoric is striking. President Obama told Congress: "if folks are serious about getting immigration reform done [they should be] passing a bill and getting it to my desk. And then the executive actions that I take go away." Similarly, Obama told George Stephanopoulos after being pressed on his executive amnesty: "Well, my response is pass a bill."

Most famously, Obama said: "To those members of Congress who question my authority to make our immigration system work better, or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer: "

In the interview, Ramos asked Rubio something that Rubio has not been asked in any of the Presidential debates thus far: "Would a President Rubio revoke Deferred Action and executive action by President Barack Obama?"

In 2012, THE issue was ObamaCare, and we nominated the lone GOP contender ho could not attack ObamaCare, because he enacted a similar version in MASS.

In 2016, THE issue is Immigration... will we nominate the one guy who is on record as being for amnesty?

Let's see how dumb we really are, and how good the GOPE and media are at their manipulations.

Rubio loves open borders and lying. An awful little man.

La Opinión: Marco Rubio Is a ‘Republican Obama’

The $$$ line:

That may explain Rush Limbaugh’s prediction that, with Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)
as Speaker and Marco Rubio as president, in the “first 12-to-18 months, the donor-class agenda [will be] implemented, including amnesty and whatever else they want.”
Ironically, underscoring just how potent a tool Rubio can be for the donors, Rush, usually a voice of donor opposition, seemingly forgot his own warning and warmly embraced Rubio on his show. Rush’s earlier embrace of Rubio in 2013 may have helped give the Gang of Eight the boost of momentum it needed to pass the Senate.”

Rubio & Ryan, brought into DC politics by CESAR CONDA AND GROVER NORQUIST, who OWN Limbaugh and the rest of them!

Up until the last two years, such a remark would have been a dealbreaker for me. if a candidate expressed desire for or tolerance of ‘amnesty’ I would have been done with them for good.

What I have come to believe and reluctantly accept, is that ALL of the candidates on both sides support some form of amnesty or system to quickly ease more foreign workers in this country. Think about it.
Which candidate do you know of who has never expressed an opinion supporting ‘immigration reform’ of some type. This phrase ‘ immigration reform’ is a broad term, which can be used to mean certain things at certain times, and in front of certain audiences. They ALL support some amnesty!

Trump is not a genius strategist in politics. Not yet. He’s a quick study and if he’s motivated he can do it. But this attack v Cruz is not looking good

All illegals need to be sent home and the so-called good ones allowed back only after following the constitutional guidelines...And even at that, they should go to the rear of the line...

I’ve been told by latino friends that Jorge Ramos is the latin Walter Cronkite. He’s very respected among that crowd.

This explains quite a bit...Fox News shows contempt for Cruz, grudging respect for Trump (because he brings ratings), and pimping affection for Kid Rubio...reflects the Murdoch Big-Labor Express cabal of NY-DC....

The only way it will end is if the candidates bring up this story in the debate on Saturday night. Of course, Rubio is going to be hit from all sides. Cruz and Trump will probably get bored. lol.

That is why I urge Donald Trump to knock it off. Its not helping him at all, maybe its helping Cruz a little but its making Rubio look great in the eyes of many people and that is the problem. Trump not going to that debate made Rubio shine and now the Establishment knows this is their guy, Santorum endorsed Rubio yesterday, and everyone else will get in line after New Hampshire, its gonna be another Romney all over again :(

“Trump is too busy whining about losing Iowa”

As he should be. However, the poor guy only has 32 percent. So sad. I agree with you, it should be 60 percent.

Strange, I haven’t heard about this being reported on Faux News... Couldn’t possibly have heard it since I haven’t watched anything on Fox for over a year.
