On "The Kelly File" tonight, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Donald Trump doesn't have a legal case to back up his claim that the Ted Cruz campaign committed voter fraud in Iowa and that the caucus results should be nullified.
"There's no legal basis for that - he's making a political observation."
hopefully the trump cult knows that trump supporters were saying the same thing as the cruz people about Carson

Before Trump felt the need to defend Carson's honor.
Fine. Then Carson needs to take it to the correct organization who handles this cheating - if it’s only the Republican Party, so be it. If they reject his claim, we need to broadcast loud and clear that the Republican Party is corrupt (which it is, anyway.) And we need to broadcast loud and clear that Cruz is a cheat.
...Trump is for single payer, Trump supported Hillary, supported Harry Reid, supprted Nancy Pelosi, supported dufus McCain, supports crony capitalism, now tells his Kardashian voters that he’s conservative and they fall all over him believing his every word...! Trump is a liar, he is one of the establishment cronies....!

Exactly! It’s risible that Carson would have done this. Cruz went after someone he thought wouldn’t fight back. If he tried this with either Trump, Rubio, or anyone else, he would have had his head handed to him. He may have it handed to him, anyway.
I’m talking about “the judge” I’m not talking about the corrupt Washington machine. Do you think he’s corrupt as well?
It’s one thing to say mean things about a candidate - Cruz is a master of that as well as Trump - but to cheat is something far, far different.

See also thread posted yesterday (look under "Limbaugh" for title) where Rush pointed out that MULTIPLE Rubio staffers spread the rumor.
Everybody taking aim @ Cruz -- the Trump-upsters operating in cahoots w/the liberal media -- along with Carson's cronies...aren't provoked over what MULTIPLE Rubio staffers did...but want to go after a single Cruz staffer over the issue.
If people were upset about the issue itself, they go on the offensive vs. both Rubio & Cruz, especially Rubio given he had more staffers spreading the rumor.
But the fact that they haven't -- and don't -- shows people are more interesting in attempting to exploit the issue to demean Cruz than the morality of the issue itself.
You, for example Miss Marmelstein: The news has been out for at least 17 hrs. that multiple Rubio staffers were involved in spreading the rumor. Can you point us to a single post of yours where you've demeaned Rubio over it?

If you bothered to look up my posts from yesterday, you’d see that I many times accused Rubio of cheating as well. This is a post about Cruz/Trump.

Repeating something the news reported, that came from a statement by the Carson campaign, is cheating? The efforts by Trump to call into question Carson’s character just weeks earlier, show an obvious deficit of morals on Trump’s part. Carson is a good man who has mastered a knowledge and self-discipline Trump (and the rest) could only hope for. Between the two offenses, I see one that was made in the fog of election night with a flurry of information trying to be disseminated. The other offense, that of trying to impugn a good man, was deliberate and calculated. You say that it’s one thing to say mean things, but cheating is far different. I’d suggest there’s reason to doubt it was cheating, but there’s no doubt the amoral attack against Carson by Trump was deliberate and self-serving. The same motive attached to cheating.
