Yes, I was baffled at who I was replying to in that post, as they claimed CNN never made such an announcement or said what they said, when the video CLEARLY shows they did exactly that. It amazes me people don’t even believe it when it’s right in front of them.

You are correct. Crossed wires, I was thinking of Rubio who IS connected to Soros. Cruz has a band of billionaires behind him heading 4 Pacs. Dathan Voelter, an Austin, Texas based attorney at Freescale Semiconductor is the visible person. Do we think those billionaires aren’t asking for something. I really DON’T KNOW. But they raised 31,000,000 in one week for Cruz.
No, it isn’t surprising .. IT’S CALLED POLITICS.
And .. the Iowa voting system is different than all the others .. and very few people know how to work the system. Iowa is to blame .. because they do their primary weird.
If the rest of the candidates can’t figure it out .. oh well .. that is not Cruz’s fault.
Cruz did not cheat. Trump is just mad because he didn’t win .. but it’s his own fault because he never learned how to utilize the Iowa system .. and now he has to find somebody to blame for his lack of a WIN. BooHoo .. get over it Trump.
One of my favorite bits of Kimball dialog is from the town meeting in the "Bing Bug" episode:
Kimball: "As you all know, I'm your County Kimball, Hank Agent.....No, I don't believe that I am. I'm Hank Kimball, your county agent. I guess that sounds better. Well...not better...."
Oliver Douglass: "Mr. Kimball, what about the bug?"

That's because the story broke on CNN 15 minutes before caucus started. And CNN did make it sound like Carson was dropping out. They said he "had a big announcement" and speculated in "Why would Carson not go to NH and SC?" questions - Anyone watching it would have thought Carson was dropping out.
Not surprised any campaign would try to pick up votes after seeing that report..
The blame for Carson losing votes from this is entirely the fault of one man- Ben Carson.
That he (Carson) is now cozying up to the man who implied he was a pedophile, violent and unstable without his medication, a quack bad surgeon, and a liar-that he is joining this man in a phony attack on Cruz- is a level of pettiness and jealousy(?) that I have never seen before.
But anymore- nothing about this election surprises me.
Continuing with my prayers that Cruz will be our next president.

Ah, I see at your link that the title on their screen that says Carson will be taking a break. They were reporting he was going home, not taking an official break from the campaign...like suspending it.
CNN certainly never said there was to be a big announcement regarding Carson.
Also this “4 votes per precinct” spin from Rove is actually 9000 votes - more than what all except the top 4 vote getters actually got statewide.

Why do you inflate the 6000 votes from 1500 precincts at 4 votes per prencinct by 50% to arrive at 9,000 votes?
4 votes X 1500 precincts = 6000 votes X 150% = 9000 votes
Why did you come up with 150% to “prove” your point?
