Critics are calling former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin a "disappointing" sellout to presidential candidate Donald Trump and her Facebook post denouncing Sen. Ted Cruz's campaign's "lies" about opponent Ben Carson unfair.
"Sarah you disappoint me you sold out to a liberal big Government windbag and are spreading lies about a true conservative," one apparently former fan of Palin writes in one of the top comments on her post. "Ted Cruz was just reporting what CNN reported."...

Well that may be the bottom line. But I believe anyone as smart as Ted Cruz would want to
verify the accuracy before accepting the report as factual. JMO.

Meet Ted’s ex-CIA PR guy, Dan P. Gabriel. Gabriel is involved in SIGINT aka interception - which is turned into propaganda. His twitter handle is @danpgabriel and he was one of the people pushing the angle that it was confirmed to the Cruz campaign that Carson was dropping out. After called out on the lie, the agent deleted the tweet and denies everything in typical spook fashion:

According to Limbaugh, word now is that Carson dropping out thing may have been started by Rubio supporters, then picked up by Cruz supporters, apparently believing it to be true.
