and...... Americans loves them both
Its actually too late to help coal. The power companies are converting to gas and they’re not going to convert back.
Export. If there is no market, then it’s too late.
I really hate these click-bait headlines. It’s what Facebook does and it’s totally hated there as well. Just say what he said in the headline.
Eliminate is unarguable. We abolish the functions of those agencies and send the people home.
IRS is not an agency. The Treasury is the agency of which IRS is a part. Energy - 3/4 of the budget goes for nuclear weapons, basic research, and cleanup activities from the Manhattan project.
Commerce - Let's look at what's in commerce - how about NOAA - one of the finest bureaus in the government and provides a necessary service for anyone concerned about weather or what goes on in the ocean.
NIST - a fine small scientific organization that is responsible for maintaining national standards of measurements.
Patent and Trademark office - Our finest legal mind proposes eliminating intellectual property? There he does it in black and white on his website.
Census - A constitutionally required activity.
I do too. Basically, Cruz is pledging to undue the harm Obama did to the coal industry.
and Roosevelt loved talking about himself and he loved insulting people when he thought they were idiots.. .. I know all about TR.. the personality is a lot like Trump.. Big difference is Trump didn’t aspire to be President, Roosevelt certainly did..
Full of incompetence - yes. Bloated bureaucracies - yes. But you fix that through strong leadership. Putting tough cookies in charge who will clear out the dead wood. Not Cruz - he will study the problem.
if you don’t pander to WV on coal you are an idiot so this isn’t a big deal.. they all are going to do it and rightly so
You don’t think Donald was aspiring to the presidency until when? It’s not an accident, right?
he certainly wasn’t consumed with it like Roosevelt at an early age,, he’s had opportunity, resources and name recognition to do it for decades but never wanted it badly enough to make it happen until now..
It’s simple.
The fact is that Trump supports touchback amnesty.
The fact is that Cruz supports deporting all illegals.
Saying that Cruz is pro-amnesty is a blatant lie.
Period.
You’re lying.
Cruz has made it clear that anthropomorphic (that is, man-caused) global warming is nonsense, and the only reason to oppose coal is anthropomorphic global warming.
“Cruz going to promise me a free zeppelin? I want 40 acres and a zeppelin flying over my house.”
Careful what you wish for. Zeppelins carry bombs. If they miss London they’ll look for any target of opportunity.
;^)
“Youâre lying.”
Not according to a number of sources such as the people he worked with in passing actual legislation:
FLIP01.27.16 9:03 PM ET
Ted Cruzââ¬â¢s ââ¬ËFlat Out Lieââ¬â¢ on Immigration
The Texas senator insists heââ¬â¢s never favored a path to legalization for undocumented immigrants, but many of his old colleagues say thatââ¬â¢s not true.
De Posada is a former Director of Hispanic Affairs for the RNC and founder of the Latino Coalition, a conservative Latino organization that worked with the Bush administration unsuccessfully to pass immigration reform. ââ¬ÅMy criticism is that Cruz can say, ââ¬ËThings have changed and Iââ¬â¢ve changed my position.ââ¬â¢ But donââ¬â¢t sit here and flat out lie that you have never been for legalization when the facts are very clear.ââ¬Â
The facts, according to De Posada and several Republicans who worked with Cruz in Washington and Texas, are that in Cruzââ¬â¢s past work for Bush and later as a board member of the Washington-based Hispanic Alliance for Prosperity Institute, Cruz helped craft policies to allow undocumented immigrants to stay in the country and pursue legal status.
None of those efforts included granting automatic amnesty to undocumented workers, but it is clear in the minds of his former colleagues that finding a way to offer immigrants a way to remain in the United States and gain legal status was central to the work Cruz did.

This has to be one of the stupidest post yet!!~!
“Itâs simple.”

“The fact is that Trump supports touchback amnesty.”
I have not endorsed any candidate, and that includes Trump. If you want to criticize Trump when that subject comes up, then do so. In this case, however, the subject is Cruz, not Trump. What ever Trump did or did not do does not justify what Cruz is responsible for doing.
“The fact is that Cruz supports deporting all illegals.”
On the contrary, Cruz said in his own words the illegals could “come out of the shadows”, stay in the United States, and work as Permanent Residents. He claims he wanted to deny them citizenship, but even that is disputed by the interviews in earlier years.
“Saying that Cruz is pro-amnesty is a blatant lie.”
Don’t use a strawman argument. Whether he did or did not get caught promoting amnesty permitting illegal aliens to acquire U.S. citizenship, in his own Words Ted Cruz did say he wanted to give them amnesty to stay in the United States, live, and work as Permanent Residents with Green Cards. that is still another form of amnesty. So, don’t waste everyone’s time by denying it and falsely accusing critics of lying.
Sorry, you're big time wrong on this easily looked up fact: On election day, Mitt Romney defeated Barack Obama in the state of West Virginia by a landslide 26.76% margin.
“This has to be one of the stupidest post yet!!~!”
Not according to the million dollar campaign donors who described their contributions to me during a campaign while Cruz worked for Bush. They wee concerned about their losing their Mexican miners.
Lots of jobs gone in east Tennessee as the coal trains have gone silent...only hear one, perhaps two now on a daily basis.
