MANCHESTER, New Hampshire -- Mark Campbell, national political director for the Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97% campaign, tells Breitbart News Cruz's victory in the Iowa caucuses Monday can be replicated in the New Hampshire primary next week.
Campbell was among a dozen die-hard Cruz campaign workers and volunteers on hand at the Cruz New Hampshire headquarters in Manchester when Breitbart News arrived at 11:30 pm Monday night.
Ted Cruz's victory speech was playing on a super-sized big screen television as the weary but happy team listened in rapt attention.
"You should have been here an hour ago," Campbell told Breitbart News. "The place was packed."
Campbell has been camped out in New Hampshire for several months and was beaming with confidence about the chances for victory in the Granite State's primary next Tuesday.
"We're the only campaign that has a ground game in the state," he told Breitbart News.

Excellent post!!
No one I know heard about this and I’m going to make sure they do. I’m angry that no one reported this. We have a right to know what could come up in the general election.
Nice stuff.
‘No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident ...”
Makes sense.
“As the President is required to be a native citizen of the United States. Natives are all persons born within the jurisdiction and allegiance of the United States.”
Ok, we can sat native and natural born.
“The country where one is born, how accidental soever his birth in that place may have been, and although his parents belong to another country, is that to which he owes allegiance. Hence the expression natural born subject or citizen, & all the relations therecout growing. To this there are but few exceptions, and they are mostly introduced by statutes and treaty regulations, such as the children of seamen and ambassadors born abroad, and the like.”
A few exceptions? Ambassadors make sense. Seamen?
“Natural-born Citizens, those that are born within the jurisdiction of a national government; i.e., in its territorial limits, or those born of citizens, temporarily residing abroad.”
Wait. Cruz was born in Canada. His mother, a US citizen was temporarily residing abroad. That would make Cruz a natural born citizen. They can run for President, right?
Anyway, great information. It was actually enjoyable reading and I am grateful you gave me and the forum the opportunity to read this.
Trump will win New Hampshire. He leads 31.6% Kaisch and Cruz have 11.5% and Rubio 10.35% then Bush with 9.5%.
Exactly what are you referring to that no one knew?
Welcome back libbylu! Did not realize you are a class of ‘98 freeper. Someone mentioned that you are a more recent sign-on.
I will be very happy if Cruz makes a strong showing there.
Trump better focus on Rubio, or Rubio is going to steal his lunch in NH. Thus far, Trump is still in IA mode and attacking Cruz.
The arguments against Cruz being a natural born citizen require mental backflips. The consensus and majority opinion is that citizen at birth = native citizen = natural born citizen. This has been argued endlessly around here, so maybe no one is going to change his or her mind, but this issue is NOT going to stop Cruz from being president. If you feel voting for him somehow violates your conscience then don’t. Just know there are many people here who disagree with your assessment and will support and vote for Cruz. We are not going to quit supporting him just because some people feel as you do.
“The reason trump is doing good is because people are hiding his dirty laundry”
Well, why don’t you let it out yourself. You are bound to know something with that kind of finality. It would not be Christian to start rumors.
I don’t know about Cruz winning in NH, but people underestimate Cruz at their own peril. There was a reason for Cruz’ obstreperous tone in his victory speech last night. What is the one emotion that is a huge factor in Trump’s popularity? Anger. Anger at the GOP establishment over their disregard for the people who voted them in to the majority in Congress in 2010 and 2014 and failed to stand up to Obama and the dems, letting them get pretty much everything they want. Cruz is going to try to trump Trump at speaking for these people who are tired of crony capitalism and anemic economic growth.
Cruz won 27.7% of the votes, a little over 50,000. According to Limbaugh and Hannity, it was one of the most stupendous wins in modern history.
Can someone explain that to me. I must be dense today.
“Cruz was a citizen at birth because he was naturally born a citizen and has never needed naturalization.”
Good. Maybe you can tell me what kind of documentation Cruz used to get his driver’s license.
That is not the consensus or majority opinion. That is the opinion of a few people. It is the lie you tell yourself to justify breaking an oath. The truth is clear to anyone that takes the time to research the issue.
She was married there. gave birth to a child there, and she was working there. that is not a temporary situation. Not even close. But if you want to lie to yourself, go right ahead. I'm not going to though.
you’re lying to yourself. The truth is clear.
I have no idea as I was not there and really don’t care because it is irrelevant to the discussion of constitutionality.
“I have no idea as I was not there and really donât care because it is irrelevant to the discussion of constitutionality.”
Why won’t Cruz release it if it is irrelevant? How do you know that it is irrelevant?
My drivers license has my social security number, address and other information that I do not want disclosed to the general public. He already release his mothers US birth certificate, which is far more relevant.
As interpreted by you. As far as I am concerned, until this plays itself out, I am going with Cruz is eligible.
We both know how this will play out. I’m not voting for him. I will support Rubio if it comes down to it.
